Okay, this is where you lose me. There's no way in Hades that Baez could possibly know that LDB has relevant information to the motion in question. Baez and relevant don't even belong in the same sentence. He is just wanting to put her on the stand and in the hot seat. He's going to find that it'll be HIS britches that will explode into flames by the time his "cross examination" (in quotes because I don't think he knows how to do that at all) is done. Rank. Amateur!

I just think that the motion that they have spent two days arguing on the issue of "Agent of the State" is completely rediculous.

I think that the one question that should be asked to LE is, "Did you get any new or useful information concerning Caylee's whereabouts or concerning this case after CA was locked up that was delivered to you by the Anthony's?"

I think most of the information was given to LE by KC herself.

The A's answered honestly that they conducted their own investigations and tried to keep the ball rolling so to speak. They even pestered LE at one point with all of their insistance on meeting and giving information.

This may be completely O/T for this thread, but I want to say it takes me everything I've got not to jump into the Today's News - No Discussion as some of these headlines come out - such as the one Jomo kindly posted that said something like - "the Discussion of how Caylee Died Heats Up" based on Dr. Spitz's report.

Because if I was not exercising every ounce of restraint I have - you would see line after line of "blue" language at such nonsensical reporting.

However, since I gather these kinds of news clips will be coming fast and furious from now on including throughout the trial, I'm thinking I'd better exercise more and up the BP dosage. OoMMing in yoga never did work for me. :banghead::banghead::maddening:
