Nums, I've been asking the same thing since the list came out. I've checked the Clerk's site... zilch, nada.

The State obviously has it...

All we have is the Jane Bock "affidavit" aka "Report" that was attached to Baez 2nd reply to the second discovery order in with her information.

Since it was my taxpayer $583.73 he wasted when he disobeyed not once but twice to follow Judge Perry's Order...I want my taxpayer money back.

I am really warming up to the thought of Lawyers bringing a suit against them to recover taxpayer funds they have wasted...I am very happy Judge Perry mentioned that to them...hopefully it sunk in.

Baez needs to go into that $90,000 he made previous to prisoner being deemed indigent. But that money will be his per day fine until he gets those reports in...he will appeal the monetary value, first. Baez is penny pinching with his own money, not the states...JMHO

Wow! JB is just having a truly bad week isn't he? Sanctions. Every motion heard shot down in flames (well accept for the JibJab one. That one was a major victory for justice!). Schooled by the judge. 2011 certainly looks to be a memorable year for him.
