Well, I think the bloggers should start saying they are the kings and queens of the world and they should have all money sent to them...I mean what they have to say, their opinions seem to hold such merit as to be an issue in this case, why not share more of their opinions?

This is the modern day "water cooler" people have always had their opinions. In ancient Greece, people gathered in the center of towns and other social areas just to express ideas, gossip and give opinions on news and information.

Why not argue that no one should say anything ever about this case? I am sure there are people in the hallway right now giving an opinion on this case. Mr. Mason should be very upset.

BTW Mr. Mason........many bloggers are attorney's, paralegals, professionals, and then there are a few saucy nitwits in there too.

If you continue to disparage "bloggers at large"..... you may just find yourself on the receiving end of a class action defamation suit. That is not a threat.... it's a "theory".

I bet Morgan and Morgan would love to advertise that one!!!! "If you've been defamed because of your hobby, call now." For the people and bloggers too.

In fact...perhaps the bloggers can file for protection as a new social class.
