Judge gave a hint about Kronk and prior impeachment. I'm don't know what it meant but it definiately was a hint that the Kronk motion was going to be denied.

CM came back with a comment that if the Judge ruled he could just go ahead and then when trial came the defense was just going to deal with it a different way.
