I HAVE GOT TO SAY.....I need caffeine to keep me focused on CM speaking. I am kind of dreading the trial....unless JB is going to be speaking, so I can just laugh the whole time.....yawn.................

O.H. "Bill" Eaton Jr., the 18th Judicial Circuit judge who ordered a new trial for convicted murderer Joseph "Crazy Joe" Spaziano and later cleared the way for Florida's first lethal-injection execution, retired Friday after 24 years on the bench.

As AZ had said a few days back, if the defense had just talked to the SA, a lot of these motions would have never seen the light of day and not cost anything. Defense wants to talk about wasting resources! They have just cost how much in motions that are just been agreed upon in written responses!

In my jurisdiction a meet and confer is required before you file ANY MIL (Motion in Limine). And had they meet and conferred many of these motions wouldn't have been filed. It's showing a bad faith to not work with the other side.
