Two law enforcement officers - request for extra deposition time, JB claims these are higher priority. There are 7 or 8 depos that may or may not be significant. There may be 20 depos that we are not interested in and then there will be one - it's hard to say. HHJB said I am not interested in that only the 7 or 8 you have left.

Can you imagine? Have you ever seen when it misinterprates something and writes it wrong? The system would blow up.

I would give anything to be a jury for this case.

Not you friend, of course, but in general I am concerned about someone with that mindset wanting to get rich writing a book on the case getting on the jury for the wrong reasons. I hope not!!!

It wont be the first time.

I wish Judge would tell JB and CM they need to have their mic on when addressing the court. I have to keep toggleing the volume as HHJP is loud but they are not. Grrrrrr
