LDB yes i have. one exception being 10-15 individuals that CM gave to her in december.
She intends to complete them all by next week.

as the SA receieves reports they will set the depo times.

Baez still making excuses about a witness who is on a cruise ship in the Caribbean- we heard that last year. Cruise ships come into port every week or so, so what's the deal. They also have telephones, computers and Skype on board ships. Hmmm

LDB-actually scheduled for march 2nd and 3rd because of other trials.

not frye matters, motions that have to do with suppression of evidence.

I do not ever see JB taking these depos. At this point I think Jose himself, has a personal vested interest in not hearing what these people have to say. How can any trial happen? Jose is smirking today, looking around...there is nothing in to indicate he will take any work he has "left" to do any more seriously than the work he has already not done.

I specifically remember AH and TL being deposed early on - when LKB was in tow. But I have a feeling that CM is suggesting another deposition, especially if JB had anything to do with the questions they were asked. Waste, huge waste!

Put your head on the pillow, pull up the covers. That has been their strategy friend. Amy and Ricardo will blow her I was searching for Zanny lie out of the window, we know that. Unlce Rick has no first hand knowledge of anything , I cannot imagine him being called to the stand by either side. I did however get the biggest kick out him contacting LE, and applaud him for his candor.
