I specifically remember AH and TL being deposed early on - when LKB was in tow. But I have a feeling that CM is suggesting another deposition, especially if JB had anything to do with the questions they were asked. Waste, huge waste!

Maybe that was the State depositions? I kind of remember it too though.

JB is telling them that lunch hour will be reduced if progress is slow so "pack a sandwich".

I like the fact that jurors will be approved or rejected immediately after their interview. That will keep it from being a situation where the defense decides to pick the best of them all later.

I like this............HHMP intends to move the trial along and if it's slow going he may reduce the lunch hour from 1 and a half hours to a one hour lunch. So if it's slow, plan on packing a sandwich.

Mine eyes hath been opened to the process that is our legal system...oh my... Again, in my world...they show you how to clean the grease traps once...how to sweep the floor...once. And if people in my world, did their jobs as woefully as JB has been allowed to do his...people like JB wouldn't have a square to spare...IYKWIM. LOL.

I remember JB coming out of the depo for some reason and AH as well. I think it was either late 2008 or early 2009 for some reason. AL had a baseball cap on backward and some posters commented on that for some reason. I'll have to go diving for the video. I remembered thinking well finally this guy is taking a depo or two because otherwise all he's done is show up on TV and give press releases.

Maybe I'm thinking of either the check fraud or the civil case. It's all a blur...
