Levi, you are misinformed. There was not obvious blood spatter all over that house or LE would have called Zahra missing possibly murdered from day one. The blood spatter evidence that was found was found only weeks after Zahra was reported missing through the use of CSI techniques. LE were all over that house several times prior to execution of the search warrants and did not see it, s I think it is a leap to assume AB should have seen it.

As to the tissue, that was found down inside the drains of the plumbing, it was not just laying around for anyone to see. LE tore that house to bits finding that evidence.

It was not in plain view.
