Only in Oregon, they've been at a stalemate forever. In Zahra's case, we have two parties that can be played gainst another, one of whom is behind bars with no real hope of getting out right now, even tho not charged in this crime yet. I know yall kids that are new may not realize this, but man, this investigation has moved fast considering what some of the verterans and we freshmen have seen in most cases.
