If LE had enough to arrest AB they would do it. They are waiting for EB to fully give him up then they will play one against the otehr.

The explanation of double jeopardy pretty much sums up why AB is NOT in jail charged with anything relating to Zahra, at this point. Good information to understand.

So we are right about why LE hasn't arrested or charged either. Still playing them. Don't have enough without AB, and yet can't get what they need til EB gets mad enough or smart enough to give him up.

So they will wait fo rEB to sweeten the pot to offer her any deal. Then arrest AB, then play them both against one another depending on whose version can be proved, leave teh door open enough to get the perps for the highest chages provable.

I have a question probably should check with one of our verifieds. If DA makes a deal, can it be structured in such a way as that only if perp is completely forthcoming abou ttheir level of involvement/role. So that if EB give up AB for adeal, and then AB tells what went down and has more proof that things are as he says, can DA renig(sp?) on deal?
