Both the computer and the memory stick contain images depicting bestiality and child , said Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.

Criminal charges could be filed regarding the memory stick found at the Dunn residence, Toombs said.

"We will have to get with the district attorney in Howard County to see if criminal charges are warranted," Toombs said about the images reportedly found on the computer hard drive.

Ok so CD is in jail, story comes out of why, everyone buys it. I never did and still don't. I believe he was sitting down with FBI and behavorial scientist and he was preped on how to talk to BD and SA. They wanted CD to be chummy with SA and BD, in hopes he can learn something and probably wired also.

If the home PC cannot be tied into SA then maybe LE should play a little hard ball and arrest SA MOM...yeah SA will go off if that happened. Maybe he will make a major mistake or even confess.

Oh, I'm totally with you..I still think there was something fishy going on there ..Not sure what it was and I'm not even sure that Clint knew before turning himself in. But maybe there is a method to their madness.. Perhaps they needed to share some things with him out of the public eye..and he sure did look defeated once he got out, but never really said anything negative about LE..About that time we had the about-face regarding Shawn too..hmm..

If I was LE I would arrest SA's mom and charge her with all the child . She has it on her computer etc.. Hopefuly that would make SA want to clear up a few unanswered questions.IMO

I really don't see anything that would stop LE from doing just that and I wish they would..that may just be the way to get him to spill it. I just have a feeling that this is all getting ready to come to a head and will explode or implode very soon....For Hailey, I sure hope so..

Oh yes, I agree. She will definitely try to explain this away and blame someone else.

But there's no excuse for keeping something like that in your dresser drawer. She could just as easily have thrown it away or destroyed it. You can completely disable a flashkey by stepping on it for instance. So we have to assume they wanted to keep it! :maddening:

SA had a laptop computer of his own. It was also taken as per the affadavits.

I would imagine the laptop was used for viewing images and videos from the memory stick.

That doesn't make sense, if it was his he would have had it on his laptop, not the moms computer. Memory sticks are usually used to transport data from one computer to another. If he had a laptop, and there was no on it, then he probably wasn't responsible for the stuff on the mothers computer. In any case, he doesnt live at moms, so it is unlikely that he would have been storing images there.

Likewise for the memory stick. If he was transporting images, the data would likely also be on his laptop, so that suggests perhaps it belonged to BD <modsnip>. Also, if it was being used to transport, the images would have had to come from somewhere, likely another computer that had access to the internet but wasn't used to store data. Again, it doesn't sound like SA had access to anything like that.

We don't know how long he had his laptop, but he has no internet access at home, so Mom's computer was his best bet. That was exactly where he went when he 'quit' his job the morning Hailey went missing. He went to mom's house to use her computer. [ to look up unemployment benefits, right]

Why would you say he had no access to anything like that? He had access from Mom's computer.

Maybe he cleared his laptop, and didn't think they would look at mom's computer.

I find it interesting that you are so quick to assume that Shawn was not responsible for the deviant images. His mom and teen brother lived there, that's all, as far as I know. So which one do you think is responsible? Shawn gets my vote.

I don't think Billie purposely harmed her child. I don't think she knew what he was going to do. I am not even sure she knows now. But she made a lot of horrible choices imo.

A memory stick confiscated from a dresser in the master bedroom of the Dunn residence in Colorado City contained “320 images and videos of a pornographic nature.” The search warrants for digital media were issued Jan. 7 by 32nd District Judge Greg Harrison’s office.

Evidence returned on search warrants for two cell phones – one confiscated from Hailey Dunn's mother Billie Jean and the other from Adkins – showed that all stored communications were retrieved from Dec. 25, 2010, through Jan. 8.


My comments - Disgusting! The thought of her attending a rally for child trafficking, in light of this newest report is a disgrace - IMO! Puhleeze...I can't say much more because as I always say...I like it here!!!!

I find the timing particularly interesting (in light of the rally and web-chat). When we first found out about the search warrant, the box of horror was released, but not the memory stick. Now we hear about the memory stick and its contents.

I don't think this is the end of it folks. This sure is a doozy, but I think there's much more that we still don't know, and LE will release it to keep the pressure on BJD and her precious little boyfriend!

Oh what a web we weave. Billy is in a bad situation now. Its going to be interesting to see if she still keeps defending the awesome one. If she does then she had an involvement in whatever happened to Hailey too or she will be pointing this directly at Shawn. The only reason she wont roll on him now is if she cant. She is backed in a corner now. I cant wait to see what she does. Its time to drop all the crap and come clean. The TRUTH is starting to unfold . I would be very scared right now if I were the perp.
