2011.02.25 Hearing @ 8:45AM ET

Dr Fairgrieve resides in Sudbury Ontario.

A link to ISDN tandberg information http://www.tandberg.com/collateral/...SDN_to_IP_migration_for_videoconferencing.pdf

Judging from this CISCO pdf. Sudbury Ontario is into
leading-edge wired community since the year 2000.

He should have no issue finding a ISDN location to link into.http://newsroom.cisco.com/dlls/global/canada/customers/sudbury.pdf

Wow! I know we've had a bit of a recession up here, but are all Canadian experts out of work these days and available to take almost any job - like this one? Sheesh!

Oh no - gee I hope you don't eat something bad at breakfast or lunch and feel queasy and have to go out of the meeting a couple of times "just to get a breath of fresh air" for a half hour or so each time because no way do you want to go home and miss this very important meeting because you know how important it is and critical you be there and if you could just take a break from time to time you will be just fine, and be able to soldier on. I really hope that doesn't happen. :great:

:skip: :skip: :skip: :skip: :skip:

Cause if it did happen it would be such a shame, what with you being such a conscientious employee and all.....

:rocker: Perfect! I already feel a little queasy.

Now how do I explain taking the laptop with me ? :innocent:

They probably only agreed to do it this way so if things get "hairy", they can disconnect..........white noise..........blank screen..........da*m the luck and they tried so hard to comply.

Thwarted again :waitasec: completely confused :loser: Just too old to understand all this new-fangled technology:liar:

You could explain your need to tweet your queasiness to your friends and followers!:great:

Dr. Ruth maybe?:waitasec:

Dr. Suess??

She didn't do it, I tell you all
She didn't do it, who must we call?

This fine young thang held against her will
This quiet beauty the states wants to kill.

It's a coverup which is plain to see
It was that woman whose name starts with "Z".

She didn't do it, I tell you all.
She didn't do it, who must we call?

How many clues must be given out?
How many times do we have to shout?

With long brown tresses of wavy hair
We tell you again, this isn't fair.

She didn't do it, I tell you all.
She didn't do it, who must we call~!!!!

Okay, not that I'm giving Baez and his team any leeway, but.......the above happens to me all the time !!!

I have been known as "The Computer Killer" in our house from time to time.:rocker:

This is the only defense expert that it could be for the canine motion that the defense has. jmo
Dr. Scott Fairgrieve (Canada) (Contacted by Baez in 10/2009) (added to witness list 06/30/2010) researcher of skeletal biology and torture (According to Baez at 11/29/2010 Status hearing he is a dog smell expert)

State deposed 12/16/2010 Report has been given to the State Expert for Evidentiary Hearing
As per 12/01/2010 Defense e-mail: as mentioned he will testify at that hearing if we have one.
As per 12/15/2010 Defense filing: he will testify his specific subject area will be that involving cadaver dogs. In short Baez states “ Dr. Fairgrieve’s testimony is that cadaver dogs are a tool and nothing more, absent the finding of human remains in their searches, very little can be ascertained from such alerts.” As per 01/11/2011 Defense filing: His deposition has already been taken by the prosecution.

BBM

See, this right here makes me wonder about him. The same could be said of ANYONE at ANYTIME!

"Police Officers are just a tool and nothing more, absent the arrest of a criminal in their searches, very little can be ascertained from such investigations." NOT TRUE! A Police Officer can see many things just by looking at a crime scene, and though they may not find the perp hiding in a closet, they will see things that will help them in finding them!

"Doctors are just a tool and nothing more, absent the diagnosis of an illness, very little can be ascertained in their examinations." NOT TRUE! A Doctor may not be able to tell you exactly what your problem is initially, but he can generally rule out other things that helps him in narrowing down what could be ailing a patient.

"Lawyers are just a tool and nothing more, absent the aquittal of a defendent, very little can be ascertained by their courtroom performance." NOT TRUE! *snickering and refusing to make a joke about the "tool"* A Lawyer may not get an aquittal, but they may save their clients life or get a reduced sentence for them.

So, for Dr. Fairgrieve to say that a cadaver dog is nothing more than a tool unless they find human remains is NOT TRUE! A cadaver dog can tell you where a dead body has been, such as a home, a field, or even the trunk of their mother's car. Moo, but still....

So far I don't think we know for sure. I think it's a moot point since he blew the deadline, but I'm not sure. I wonder if this 8:45 am hearing is serious. Seems pretty sudden...

Wonder if he's going to Chicago to be on Oprah????

Yes, Lera...all pretrial hearings are live and we watch along as it happens...only Ms Thang is not required to attend...JMHO

Justice for Caylee

I don't see any links on news sights to watch live. I must be not awake cause I cannot find a link

Will this hearing be live online?

I think the only ones that have not been are the telephonic hearings. This could be one of those. I think one of the local stations (WESH?) has someone in the room or online when that happens, though.

Fluffy I think you might be right, on WESH there is no "Watch live" alert like usual. They do have on the heading of the hearing in red color 22 minutes

Good Morning fellow justice seekers :).
Let's hope the defense has their misdeeds thwartified.

what is the reporters name that tweets the telephonic hearings?
lt doesn't feel like any station is covering this
