I am trying part 2 now -- recording it louder --- but I am on a learning curve here - so, lets hope I learn! LOL

Will let you know when I have part two done. If anyone knows what will help the volume - let me know!!!!!!!! I had it fairly loud last time, so ??????????

I have not given up yet! If I figure it out, I will re-do part 1~

Again News Junkie..You did a great job..and I cant really assist you in the ins and outs of doing this..but doing a quik google..I found many free "Downloading Tools" to Youtube..I dont know which program you are using, So I can only wish you goodluck on figurin' it out ..:seeya:

One thing that I noticed in today's hearing, HHJP indicated that both sides should be filing their expert's depositions and expert's reports with the court. Next week's hearing might get very, very interesting if Baez has failed to do this.

Ohh My just finished watching part 1 of the hearing...

1) Judge Perry allowed this Expert Costs in order to move along..and I did hear him balk or question the why's and wherefores of this Psychiatrist..as yet another Mitigation expert vs a Psychological Expert of ICA..Ceiling of $4500.00
2) Warning to Defense..there will be NO "AH-HA" moments allowed by any experts in HIS CASE!!..LOL..I wonder IF he watched Baden's testimony in the Spector Case???
3) I listen to JB say something about what this "Expert" was going to testify to via email..YET that same expert stated in his interview with Pros. "I wasnt hired to deal with Canine Issues"...LOL..JB is so obvious and cant understand how he gets away with this blatant ...sorry dont want to get in trouble with the bad language police :crazy:
4) Judge Perry is bent on getting this to trial on time..Defense is ON NOTICE to stop dragging their heels!!

Part 2 of video of todays hearing~~

The biggest thing that jumpedout to me here was JB taking advantage to try and prejudice any watcher or listener of this hearing against the Correctional Officer who heard ICA say or do something..Cheap Shot!!

This Correctional Officer is now a Police Officer....for whatever reason she left her other job couldnt have been so bad since she NOW works for LE?? JB ..I wonder what he sees in the mirror looking back at him???..

Judge Perry mentioned Wednesday March 2nd..and the fact he had to be outa there by 3PM...I sure Hope someone posts the link to live streaming of this.......The patience of Judge Perry is just amazing..but as much as he may find JB behaviors intolerable..he is bent on getting this case to Trial!!

JB will reap the rewards of his less than professional behaviors long after the verdict is reached in ICA's Case!!....I would much rather have JB limp his way thru this case..than have the whole CASE get put OFF for yet another year due to his silliness!!

Hee heee heee..No Judge Perry didnt use those words..but ya sure GOT exactly what he meant :floorlaugh:..JB is NOT going to be able to produce any AH-HA moments..LOL..I just LOVE watching Judge Perry's eyes in these hearings..They say it all to me ..:floorlaugh:..and when he starts swinging those legs under the table, JB better watch it...means he is getting really agitated :floorlaugh:

They were poking at CM because he doesn't have a cell phone or something. They were pretty lighthearted before JB showed up.

HHJP will put the hammer down once the trial starts. I expect non-stop sidebars once the trial starts.

It's a nice thought but I'm not counting on it. He has proven inconsistent at best.. makes threats and never follows through with them. Why make rulings and threaten sanctions if you aren't going to follow through when your demands aren't met? All he's doing is showing JoseB what he can get away with. IMO
