CM trying to show that KC was in the "caged" portion of the cop car and that no Miranda was given. LE engaged her in conversation.

  • #282
CM "Casey was in the cage"

AND "Did you advise her of her Miranda Rights?"

I knew it!

  • #283
CM loves describing Casey as being in the "caged" portion of the patrol car. . . ughhhh

  • #284
Now he's insinuating that KC was in the caged part of the patrol car and couldn't "crawl into the front seat".

LOL

She drove KC to the apartment complex, then back home, in the caged portion of the vehicle. Absolutely trying to convince the judge that KC was being arrested.

in the cage, in the cage, in the cage.

MOO

Innocent people don't have to get off on technicalities, just sayin'.

  • #286
Lord, Casey was handcuffed, trapped in a "cage" and who knows what else.

  • #287
...as far as being in the "cage portion" of the vehicle - standard safety isn't it? I'm just not digging on Masons thinly veiled allusions here

  • #288
Cage portion has no exit. Oh for the love of God. KC couldn't jump out of her cage mid traffic so she was trapped.

and she couldn't crawl into the front seat either...poor thang.

:great:

This is so funny to listen to..|Caged Portion" of vehicle with no exit...True story..IVE been in that same area of a detectives car when being taken downtown to identify a person who assaulted me..I did not feel under arrest, nor threatened in the least...That is a protocol all LE follows when transporting witnesses..

CM is trying to make a mountain out of a molehill!! :loser:

  • #290
If CM says CAGE one more time I'm going to spit nails. Ummmmmmm KC wasn't on a "ride along"

Cage Mr. Mason....KC's living in one now.

  • #291
Um - Mr. Mason - was there any place in the vehicle for ICA to sit except in this dreadful "cage"?

  • #292
Cage portion has no exit. Oh for the love of God. KC couldn't jump out of her cage mid traffic so she was trapped.

I believe it is standard operating procedure to put someone in the "cage" portion of the patrol car whenever transporting an unknown somewhere, for whatever reason. For the officer's safety.

Of her own volition, driving around with LE, looking for her missing baby! CM you *covers mouth*.

You would have thought by this testimony that LE put KC in the trunk!

Surely the state prepares these witnesses but 1st saying, now CM will say he can't hear you, be ready for that!! I would.

I hear ya!!! I am yelling out loud! Is this their defense tactic? really???? now stupid!!!

  • #297
Time we left....with the mileage and the time we returned with the mileage.

Nice.

  • #298
OMG Mason isn't prepared! LOL or he is trying to trick this officer to look at a prior report that isn't hers from the cad

  • #299
OT: Have we had a recent statement on the status of Ynot's laundry??

just askin...

:floorlaugh:

I do not recall the status of my laundry. It might possibly be dirty. I have not looked into my laundry room since we moved into this place. Dirty laundry is very distressing to me.

Probably before this is over, they'll say that her mouth was duct taped shut by Zanny the Nanny too!!! :floorlaugh:
