So when a car smells like death you don't do anything about it? (Baez) So is this Baez admitting there WAS a smell of death, possibly something human in the car? Is this what he is saying?

I think JB is in need of a boatload of homework before he starts again in this hearing..A must watching of how real LE question all witnesses..maybe the First 48 would be a good start..mandatory 6 hours...then maybe Mr. B. will get it!! just how silly he sounded today!!...

As for George and Cindy.....they have also been shown to be speakers of Mis-truthes...( yep liars)..but they are grandparents of a missing baby....

LOL..Smell of death in the car..okay...but the car had been abandonned in a parking lot for dayzzzzz..towed to a pound..and retrieved after many hot dayz....Now..why would this guy put those things together when Casey stated she had just spoken to Caylee that day....??..Jose is showing more and more just how bad its going to be for Ms KC~~:maddening:

Why did Baez say that? Did he just not confirm that the car smelled like death and not pizza? And, why didn't YM check out the death smell that night, because something was (obviously) dead in the trunk, and therefore, ICA should have been arrested and Mirandized that night -- and should probably be on death row by now!

Is that what he just said? That was my interpretation! If ya ever want an attorney, JB is not who you should call. He just hung his client out to twist in the wind.
