These statements should come in. LE did nothing wrong in their procedure. I think that's clear.

I think so too, and if they do, it will be because Baez was critically ineffective. He objected to the picture because she was smiling and could have been told a joke just prior. As far as picture #2 (with the visitor badge), he objected, but I didn't hear what his reasoning was beyond that. Maybe ICA didn't like that shot of her - who knows.

Anyway, I'm 60/40 on the evidence being allowed in. (60 for).

Why did Baez say that? Did he just not confirm that the car smelled like death and not pizza? And, why didn't YM check out the death smell that night, because something was (obviously) dead in the trunk, and therefore, ICA should have been arrested and Mirandized that night -- and should probably be on death row by now!

Is that what he just said? That was my interpretation! If ya ever want an attorney, JB is not who you should call. He just hung his client out to twist in the wind.

That was my interpretation, as well. I told my 15 year-old Boy Scout if I ever commit a serious crime in the state of Florida to make sure I don't hire this guy to defend me. He totally cracked up.

As an aside, Fox cam is acting very whacky today. First the Minnie Mouse version of Cindy's and George's testimony overlapped the current stream, then the livedcast went to traffic overviews, and now the feed went bonkers at the sidebar by changing the audio to a newscaster's summary. At this moment, Fox cam is looking at the exterior of the courthouse: NO LIP READING ALLOWED! :crazy:

I don't think her atty does.......he couldn't after what he pointed out today...it was a joke! Didn't really help the cause of her innocence!
