Is this the deputy that Cindy said she gave Zanny's phone number or address to, in the beginning ?

Which begs the question, when Cindy said they were standing out in the driveway, using Casey's cell phone to call her friends, why weren't they calling Zanny from the number on the post-it notes. Maybe this witness can shed some more light on the occurrences.
I'll wager he will say that Cindy played a bigger role in the cuffing than she was willing to admit to openly and honestly.
