I am getting the feeling this evidence won't be admitted. It seems like someone screwed up big time and just like the OJ trail, good evidence is going to be thrown out. I honestly feel like the judge can't accept this evidence. I just wish these detectives would answer the questions honesty. I feel like that is the best way to get it admitted.

Oh they are being honest. And this is no OJ Trial. Baez could not even dream, even in his wildest Big-Boy-Lawyer dreams of putting on that good of a defense.

ICA is having a good ole time writing notes isn't she? You can see how the hostility gene was passed down in this family, she looks very angry.

Oh this is interesting - I haven't heard that ICA and the Sarg took a short walk away from the house and ICA said her parents are trying to take her child away from her and the child was fine. He saw there was animosity in the home between the parents and ICA.

ICA was agreeable to go for a walk - not forced. He did not accuse her of misconduct and ICA indicated she was willing to help. Tried to convince him this was no big deal and just her mother causing problems. Wow!

It's amazing how ICA writes to Baez as this officer is testifying...she's got a good memory about herself but not about Caylee...so, I guess it's her perception of how things went down..but she was there of her own free will, voluntarily giving statements that cannot be corroborated which is how this unfolded...one lie after another, led to this....she was free to leave at any time, also free to ask for an attorney...if she's willing to help, how are her civil rights violated...catch 22, maybe???

I agree...one might be placed in handcuffs for the officers protection until he can figure out what is going on...I wish the officers would stand up for themselves and say this. I'm find myself screaming at the computer screen wanting them soooo to say it...

This is my point! Just say it so we can move on. It is what it is. But by them studdering over themselves or asking JB to describe suspicious(as funny as that was) it makes things look....well....suspicious. :banghead:

haha Anthonys caught in another lie - they were not crying and upset at KC in handcuffs. Cinday was yelling to arrest KC and the Sargent can't even remember her being in handcuffs - which means she was in handcuffs maybe only for a few seconds.
