This is all an act. George knows perfectly well that he is trying to get Casey's statements tossed. He knows he must say LE used him. He is acting like the poor, duped, grieving grandfather, ex-cop...
What a load of hoohah!!
I can't wait until LDB gets ahold of his lying azz!

Isn`t KC the boss and doesn`t she have the right to disregard her legal advice? Of course she does. She purchased a comodity called JB. He has the right to step away the same way every other lawyer associated with the case has. Jeesh
I also don`t see how KC`s rights as an accused outweight the rights of a vulnerable defenseless 2 year old to be found.

guess what JB... Casey can talk to whomever she wants... and can do so without a lawyer if she wants

okay... they got to the detective stating the obvious....

what is the freaking point here????

  • #1,024
So what? If she wants to see her dad, she wants to see her dad.

  • #1,025
You know, it may just be JBs point to demonstrate that GA circumvented him by going to OCSO and thereby acted as an agent of the state. I don't think he's got a strong case here but, there may be a grain or two (No Rocks please...)
It's straw clasping. GA says he would do anything to find his granddaughter. It was about Caylee; not thwarting Baez to get to KC. He was desperate to find Caylee and did what any grandparent would have done at that moment: go to the source. Like you said, Not a strong case - it's weak sauce, imo.

He says that he wants to see what Casey wants. If she wants to see her dad... she can see her dad... if she doesn't want to see her dad.. they'll take him home.

We're bringing you here because she asked. If she wants to see you without her attorney they think they can make that happen. If she wants to see you with her attorney.... I couldn't get the rest?

Is Cindy in the court room listening to George having to explain about his wife ?

Nope. She's sequestered. She's got to be suspicious of how GA is faring. She's probably speculating all kinds of crazy things.

hey yall I am WAAAY late, can someone very fast link me and very shortly update me?!?!
JB is mumbling
GA is lying

They want testimoney thrown out because they claim they were an agent of the state. Cross will happen after lunch probably.

If the Judge rules for the SA immediately after both sides are done presenting MAYBE Baez will realize interminably loooong questioning does not mean success. Just the opposite maybe.

  • #1,030
They said if she wants JB there he can be there. I don't get this anymore? I thought I did, but now I am lost now.

Is Cindy in the court room listening to George having to explain about his wife ?

I think she was moved outside the courtroom so they can't compare notes. I know there is a legal term for that, but it escapes me. She will hear about it later I'm sure!

So a father is not allowed to visit his daughter? Did JB instruct ICA not to talk to George? Where is that evidence? I didn't know George was an attorney? And LE gave GA 3 scenarios: with ICA alone, with JB, or not at all. So the FBI covered their bases. I still don't understand why George couldn't visit ICA with mr. jose the Baez there?

Egads!

oh good - tell me cause this has gone on so long I've lost the whole train of thought.
Big deal - the LE is trying to find out what happened to Caylee - they are trying to find out what ICA wants so she will tell them.

Oh good, audio stopped and Baez talking again - whoops - spoke too soon - audio back on again.
Bottom line the LE is going with what ICA wants - to see George alone, to see Baez alone, to see George and Baez together, whatever ICA wants they will try to arrange it. Oh yes, and a cleaner bathroom for George, whatever that was about.

Is this making me crazy? Yes.:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Well I always considered myself the boss of my attorneys since I signed their paycheck!

I was going to ask what paycheck--but then remember they were just about to cash in on the big ones!!!!!:maddening:

Is this personal, Baez? "So you had a problem with the way I was doing my job?" Jeesh! I'd say can we get back on track, but Baez was never on a track!

That S orry O Boss went into that interview begging them for special treatment.
"How's the family?"
"I understand."
Thank you. I'm just like you."
Call me."
"I want to help. I'll do anything to find my granddaughter. "
Talk to me."

And when they try to help him, he says, "Thank you! I'm one of you. Did I ever tell you about the time..."

And now, this piece of...work is allowing their compassion to be twisted like roots growing thru a skeleton.

Bravo, George. You never let me down!!

Oh my God is Jose making this about him ?? Watch George the tires on the bus are screeching and coming your way !!

That's why it shocked me GA so blatantly lied on the stand about not knowing it was recorded IMO.

Here comes the BUS, GA! Do you finally get it? How's it working for ya! BTW, remember Caylee! I think GA is going to crash before the bus hits him!

Of course he was trying to circumvent JB! Because JB was trying to circumvent ICA telling the truth!

BBM That is what is making me ill. I read the docs. Those officers were being human and compassionate and now it is being twisted! It is evil and wrong. Thank you all(members and guests) for being here. :blowkiss:

Judge wants the depos filed because he noticed as I did that Baez was picking out Yuri's statements out of order and without the previous leading up comment or reference to what the convo was.

JB was picking and choosing what to read to GA.

Nice work Judge - he spots the SHADY in JB.

Jose is forgetting this is NOT Judge Perry's first rodeo and he should "keep in mind" that it was ASA Belvin Perry who successfully prosecuted Judy Buenoano, she was convicted of Murder received the Death Penalty in 1985 and went to the Electric Chair 1998

Sequestered for this hearing only.
Until she finishes testifying.
