Seriously this has nothing to to with that. This line of questioning has to do with JB trying to show that the state was trying to circumvent his ability to protect his client's rights to not answer state questions without counsel present (or not at all), b y getting her family to do their bidding. these are very good defense tactics. I hope they fail but I am starting to get a bit worried. Despite JB's bumblings and lack of professionalism, these are great tactics and may work.
Yes I started getting worried yesterday. I really hope it doesnt work but I am less confident that I was yesterday morning he would fail.
