I had to reboot my system so I missed when Lee first took the stand. Just having listened for the past 20 minutes or so while I wrap up some work stuff - boy was I shocked to actually see him. I know we really aren't supposed to make remarks on appearances but wow, he looks pretty rough. I would say after this trial is over, after he is no longer needed to testify he needs to move far far away from his family.

I can't even follow Baez on his points...is there one? This could go on for days and days...

Lee says he may have been lying when he told his sister that he would not share any info with anyone if she doesn't want him too.

Again looks like Lee wanted to find Caylee even if it meant lying to his lying sister.

This is tricky. He is trying to protect her by insinuating that he was doing the state's bidding. But he was not. he seriously believed half her b.s. at that point and was doing his own investigation. he did know that JB didn't want her divulge anything but he wanted it for himself, not for the state. he may have given something to the state but really he was doing this at the time to prove his sister's innocence by finding Caylee and now he is pretending to some degree that he was an agent of the state which is not true.

LDB needs to ask Lee "Were you asking these questions to try to trap your sister into some sort of "confession" or to gain useful information in order to find Caylee Marie".

Bet Lee answers the latter.

Of course, ICA would be pizzed because she would think Lee loved Caylee more than her!!!

I also love how she was mad when he said "Maybe".

So it's OK to accuse HIM of molesting her, but not OK for HIM to try to find info to "find" Caylee?

She sucks.

Pfft, "Agent of the State" my Aunt Fanny, he was just trying to find Caylee- LE was too and has more resources than him, why on earth would he *not* give them info when his sister wasn't giving them anything other than the runaround? It doesn't mean he was working "for" the State, just that they had the same goal.

This one at least makes sense to me. LA is willing to say maybe he was willing to share info with LE, so also maybe that makes him an agent of the state. He seems quite willing to agree that he might have been.

I have watched a lot of trials... I have never seen the defendant so "lawyer like"... following along with every transcript, etc... like ICA!!!!

All smoke and mirrors, smoke and mirrors. In the beginning of the investigation, LE and family were only concerned about finding beautiful Caylee Marie Anthony. This wasn't about being agents of LE, or tyring to get CA arrested - it was about Caylee.

Why, 2 years later, is JB turning it and twisting it like ICA's ponytail? JB doesn't care about Caylee, he doesn't care about ICA, he only cares how this is making him look.

LE put words in Casey's mouth, misconstrued things she said...she had rather write them something in a letter...yeah, that's a good idea Casey !

What the hell did she think her statement was? Audio too. How was that misconstrued?

Not really at all. if he wins this motion, none of this tape will ever be seen by a jury. That's what's at stake and they just may find a jury who has not watched pre-trial coverage so this is not a good thing for the state.

The key word is IF, I doubt the state is worried too much about it.

JB is really setting this up well, IMO. I don't like it. Like showing he spoke and got instructions before casey meetings and then was debriefed after. Not good for our side. I cannot wait for cross but I need to work, darn it and can't stick around much longer.

Actually, besides the laughing, Lee has always been the most reasonable under oath. And I don't know how much he lied under oath in the past...except saying he believes every thing his sister says.

I'm reading this that Lee was interested in finding Caylee, whether or not ICA wanted to help.

I guess Baez is trying to prove LE misconduct...but their interest was to find Caylee and used any means possible to find her...except the evidence lead to a deceased Caylee and this is why she wouldn't/couldn't tell anyone..I'm waiting for this to blow up in Baez' face for he truly is inept...putting her family in a very precarious position with ICA and adding more animosity to her feelings. See my whole family is betraying me...bad, bad move...IMO
