Hmmm.
This sounds like testimony that should be IN THE FRYE HEARING.
In other words, she's giving expert testimony in absence of the experts.

that is what they are arguing..

state didn't want a frye hearing for the plant expert and defense does ((I think they may get this one))

I like Dorthy Clay Sims... I have no idea what this motion is really about (I know nothing about botany)... but she is well spoken and clear and I think she is professional. I don't know if she is gaining any leverage with her argument... but she argues nicely.
