I hope so. Makes it harder to appeal for "ineffective counsel" She is obviously very involved in what is going on with her case and can't plead ignorance.

I do not understand what the FRYE hearing is?

hearings to determine what scientific evidence will be permitted at the hearing (((ie new science, etc)) it is a defense tactic to exclude scientific evidence
