I personally liked the back and forth between Cheney and Linda... it seemed in good fun and they don't seem to have any animosity and they seem to agree.

I liked Cheney Mason today. Glad he took over and didn't make us listen to JB talk about himself and what LE did to him the whole time.

No reference to Unspecified individuals conducting improper acts of leaking information and can't generalize by coupling one person like Yuri to all of LE and some random person who leaked should not equal Yuri or any other person.

CM is saying that is too broad.

Motion up now about improper impeachement. They can't make allegations to one person ie. Ask Yuri if OCSO leaked information. They can't ask a person if collectively someone did something.

ETA- they called it collateral impeachment.

Issues 4 and 6 CM wants Motion in Limine (?) dealing with OC Sheriff Ofc acting improperly or leaking to media. LDB doesn't think defense they can come up with a single person that leaked info or behaved improperly and defense cannot make those allegations in opening statement. CM says opening statements aren't evidence -

I agree it was intelligent conversation.CM is trying to speed things up. He must have other plans this afternoon.
