Examples of Services:
An investigator/mitigation specialist may bill for:

Interviewing and locating witnesses

Locating documents

Performing background checks
��
Researching factual issues
��
Service of process

An investigator/mitigation specialist may not bill for:

Picking up discovery from the state attorney
��
Copying documents from the court file
��
Delivering materials to the defendant
��
Any administrative tasks such as work of a paralegal or secretarial nature
��

Well now, doesn't JB have to ask the judge for more investigative funds and isn't that very same judge there today with a visual on JLyons, observing him getting water, bringing in files, etc. Obviously JL's investigations are over with and he is willing to give his services as an administrative aide to JB "pro bono" or JB is paying him, which JB could have been doing all along. jmo

Did anyone get the impression that Yuri Melich and Jose Baez don't like one another very much? I mean, did you get the impression that it was a mutual dislike? He doesn't appear to have any ill feelings towards the Anthony's. He actually says nice things about them, and when he has to say something negative about their behavior he is very gentle about it... like he understood what they were going through and why the were acting the way they were?

Yes, he's accusing a great detective of wrong doing, sort of slander, yes?

He's trying to discredit this man but doesn't like it when he is discredited. kettle, black and all that...Baez really appears more inept that ever before..JMHO

Perry said this, this morning? Well I just saw George shake his head re Allen's testimony. Interesting how George takes umbrage when he feels someone is lying. But we are to sit here and watch him lie to the media and anyone else who will listen about how he feels his daughter is innocent.

I understand he is trying to save her. But I feel he would do a whole lot better in that stance if he admitted that he and Cindy dropped the ball on keeping KC in check when she first exhibited sociopathic signs. This would go a long way towards saving her from the death penalty. IMO

Maybe JB is just trying to impeach both CA and GA.... If he can't get them A's agents of the state he can certainly bring up all of their lies in open court and tell the jury to disregard anything that CA and GA say because they would do anything to save the dark lass and so any earlier statements that put the MOTY ICA in a bad light were just lies. LM@O! ICA is guilty and will be found as such and when she is found guilty every legal expert on the planet will say that JB should have engineered a plea and that JB should have convinced his client early on that the deck was stacked against her and that she should plea out. Instead he has kept her isolated from anyone that would help her. If ICA refused a plea than JB should have said he quits and she could find a public defender to put on her Zanny did it defense.

ok no one laugh at me but..there is something seriously wrong with this family. i know we all already know it but for some reason it really hit home with me for george with this hearing. the man is bat sh** crazy. i really thought the attitude casey has came from cindy but they are all nuts. i am not a fan of any of the anthonys but this has been eye opening for me

I fully realized it after their depositions at the civil hearing. That was way over the top.
