For those wondering if PI is getting paid for being in court.
Examples of Services:
An investigator/mitigation specialist may bill for:
Interviewing and locating witnesses

Locating documents

Performing background checks
��
Researching factual issues
��
Service of process
��
An investigator/mitigation specialist may not bill for:
��
Picking up discovery from the state attorney
��
Copying documents from the court file
��
Delivering materials to the defendant
��
Any administrative tasks such as work of a paralegal or secretarial nature
��

Well now, doesn't JB have to ask the judge for more investigative funds and isn't that very same judge there today with a visual on JLyons, observing him getting water, bringing in files, etc. Obviously JL's investigations are over with and he is willing to give his services as an administrative aide to JB "pro bono" or JB is paying him, which JB could have been doing all along. jmo
