Does Cindy forget that she and hubby were giving TV interviews at every turn during this time period, even prior to their first vist..tho that phone call with Casey clearly mentioned "Cindy's Cameo Appearance" on TV??? The A's yelled from the highest tree tops anything and everything they could to keep Caylee's disappearance in the news...And Detectives had no control over that, nor instruct them what to say or do..

Cindy is really telling some "Mis-truths" here....:crazy:

I *think* HHJP gave warnings about courtroom etiquette and what he would tolerate and CA desperately wants to be in the courtroom for the trial and JB probably stressed the importance of NOT being a hostile witness... and being compelled to answer

Yes, it seems to me they don't ask as much from her as GA.

maybe like me, they believe if any of them crack and spill the truth, it will be GA. for that, CA will always be useless IMO.

Can anyone tell me WHY ICA must, at all time, have a babysitter when the attys approach the bench?

IIRC, it wasn't always this way. I believe I recall several early hearings where she just sat there staring and grooming.

Is this common? Or are they just trying to keep her occupied?

Anyone know for certain?

Cindy answered yes to all questions that said she would have done anything to find Caylee even if LE were not returning her calls or investigating on their own. Linda got her to admit that she was investigating on her own with or without LE and would have continured with or without LE on the same course -as Lee admitted.

Oh, you are RIGHT!! When Casey called her parents on the evening of July 16th, 2008 Casey did make a statement about Cindy's "cameo" and Cindy replied "which one" and Casey says "what do you mean, which one" and Cindy admits that she had done "four" interviews that day... so someone... whether it was Cindy herself or LE called in the media.

Exchange between CA and KC: As she leaves the stand, CA looks at her daughter and makes a hand gesture as if to say "I tried." KC acknowledges with slight shrug and hand flip as if to say, "Well, that's nothing to me, considering I'm sitting here on trial anyway."

Can anyone explain why a case about trying to find a missing baby that may have been killed by her mother somehow became about LE not trusting the mother's lawyer?

They are trying to get all of ICA's statement to LE supressed. They are trying to say the detectives had the A family working for them to gain info on Caylee. This is so Spindy. ICA gave her a little smirk smile today because she stayed on course...She will lie to get her daughter out of this and the State knows it....not a credible witness...
