Must have MIS-heard...

Mason joined the Defense Team in March 2010 and was present at the Indigency Hearing...

I plead the fifth amendment on the mishear, lol.

And she will walk....walk down the prison halls to her cell where she will spend the rest of her life.

One day she might turn around at the end of the hall and say "Sorry guys, I think there's been a mistake. I don't really live here..."

what in the hello is ICA writing and writing and writing??????

eta: the only thing I can think when I see her doing that is "redrum" ((toss back to the shinning))

Seen this asked over and over.....

IMO she is making notes so that she can write a book and make a ton of money once she has been found innocent....too bad she will never to able to write that book.

Jennyb have you tried cnn/live? There is a link at the beginning of this thread. I am on a mac and love it because it just breezes along with no need for refreshing no matter what.
WFTV drives me nuts, especially all of a sudden when they keep the picture on current and start respooling the hearing.

Thanks LG. I did try a minute ago but it said to disable pop-up. Not sure how to do that so I'll research later.

Gideon Vs Wainwright: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gideon_v._Wainwright)

Gideon v. Wainwright, 372 U.S. 335 (1963), is a landmark case in United States Supreme Court history. In the case, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that state courts are required under the Sixth Amendment of the Constitution to provide counsel in criminal cases for defendants who are unable to afford their own attorneys.
