As far as admitting to purchasing drugs, I don't think that in itself is illegal, unless she had drugs on her at the time.

OK so just before BD is supposed to be a spokesperson at an event for trafficked children, LE releases the bombshell that Child and Beastiality is found on the memory stick and computer. Days before BD was to speak. Billie gets cancelled from the speaking arrangement.

BD spoke out what about 5 or 6 days ago and said LE told her there was no child on the Memory Stick found in her house.

Now allegedly we have this statement that BD had been told to stay away from Shawn refused to do that, and that she and Shawn are the only POIs?

We know that Grand Jury will meet in two counties in a couple of weeks.

Is this just another coincidence? I think not. But I am also not sure we are going to get any word from LE immediately on this.

Seems when ever Clint says what he thinks about LE ,weird stuff goes on in the case.

I doubt Bee and Racheal would be working with CC LE and for them to state PK knows nothing and is just the city manager is very interesting to me. He is ex FBI even if he is questionable at times. Is she requesting I believe she would know more about the investigation of HD's disapearance than the spokeperson and is working under the color of law? Without a name of her source and some explainantion into the details of her claims I can only stare at her show with my mouth open and wonder if this crap if for real. If is it some kinda trick or big show because of a tiny piece of infomation told to them by a single person I might flip my lid.

Now that they have stated that what legal implications could be held if in fact they are operating under the color of law?

My theory is Billie killed Hailey because she blames Hailey for Shawn molesting Hailey. Sick!

that has'nt been my theory but it would fit for the type of woman I think bd is. I think in the end this is part but not the initiating factor at the time of crime.

I keep thinking the couch disappearing and the painting were all done to cover something but I don't think she died in the house.Only becuase we have never heard that dogs alerted to caverdine(sp?) I do feel that bd is the one who harmed her daughter,sa to me, seems like he's sitting back waiting for bd to tell him what to do or say. Just like bd likes it. IMHO

Something that occurred to me last night...Billie said she hadnt spoken to the police for two weeks but then said she had spoken to them yesterday. So which is the truth? and when exactly did the police supposedly show her the images from the pc or tell her there was no pics on the stick if she hadnt talked to them?

Hi Everyone,

Please hold off on discussing scenarios where Billie is responsible for Hailey's disappearance/death until we confirm through main stream media that the police really have named her as a person of interest.

Last night's show was very compelling with Billie and her behavior but my life experience with questionable information has made me very cautious.

I am going to be out and about today. I'll try and make some calls. In the meantime if you all could check local papers and such and see if they have CONFIRMED (not repeated) the information from last night.

I think it may be as simple as she can't stand people bashing/badmouthing her.

Could very well be, sarx. Interesting that she gets soooo worked up at the idea of people talking about her, and barely registers a response when she's told that SA called Hailey promiscuous, or says she'd be "disgusted" if she found out he had harmed Hailey. It's always about BD.

The very opening of the show , Bea is welcoming their 1st guest, Billie Jean.
It was no surprise to them that Billie was going to be on the show.
After them saying that they could see Billie's call coming through, asking Billie if she was there, not being able to connect with Billie, they make the announcement of what they have found out, but their intentions, right in the beginning of the show, was to talk to Billie, after supposedly being asked by LE not to have her or Shawn on their show.
Were their intention's to tell Billie what they were told, by LE?
This has me very baffled.
