I have been having this exact thought for many weeks now.. I have seen that there are several here at WS who have had those same thoughts and have posted such in these last weeks..

The book of Karla and Paul affected me more than any other true crime I've ever read even in more recent years nothing has ever affected as this book and its details have affected me..
When I first read the book..which told in extreme detail{moreso than I've ever seen in any other true crime book}..the author literally takes you into Paul and Karla's lives with such ease you find yourself feeling extreme discomfort throughout much of the book as you literally live out those days..weeks...months of Paul and Karla's disturbing lives..and I have those same feelings of discomfort and anxiety the more it becomes clearer just what was going on in Billie Jean and Shawn's lives.. Those exact feelings I've not felt in years..since reading the book about Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka's brutal..depraved..sick and twisted evils and violent crimes that they inflicted on their victims which were all extremely close in age to Hailey..

For anyone who is not familiar with these two and their crimes I would highly recommend researching somewhat about their story..I think unfortunately when all is said and done we may find alot of startling similarities between certain aspects of these two cases and most of all similarities between all 4 people{Paul Bernardo. Karla Homolka. Shawn Adkins. Billie Jean Dunn} from both cases.jmo

Paul was very annoyed that Karla was not a virgin when he met her. It was, therefore, from his point of view, her responsibility to make it possible for Paul to take the virginity of Karla's pretty younger sister Tammy without her knowledge or consent. Once Karla accepted that logic, the rest was easy, even the idea of videotaping the whole thing seemed to make sense to her. After all, videotaping was a way to remember important events.

sends chills down my spine as its become so obvious that Shawn is obsessed with videotaping all of his "events" with BJD even agreeing that this infact was true of Shawn..

On February 19, police executed the search warrants for Paul and Karla's house and found an extensive library of books and videos on sexual deviation, and serial killers.

GUYS!! I just spoke to Bee via Facebook and told her about NannyMoo's post. I can't copy word for word what she told me but I can paraphrase.

Bee told me that she and Rachel work with Law Enforcement that Pete K really doesn't know what he is talking about. She said that Billie IS a POI and that a lot more is going to be revealed! I think they know more...

With all due respect to you and R & B, but we have "known" BD was a likely POI from early on. It's just that she was not formally "named" as one plus the news of now being one of the only two. I or anyone else on this forum can tell you that more is going to be revealed and we all would be 100% correct.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this silence today, but it seems to me that if this information was not correct, that LE would want to nip the rumor in the bud, kwim? :waitasec:

They arent confirming but they arent denying either. Things are just eerie quiet. Not a peek from big country either.

I agree beli, I think we would have heard a denial of it if it wasn't true. But at the same time, it just seems sooooooo odd!

I think LE may have asked local media to not do a story on this at all. We have seen in the past where they have done an article with information from the BTHN show, this time we aren't, and that seems odd considering the 'bombshell'.

I wouldn't think so. I can't think of any news event where a media outlet wasn't allowed to report something until another media outlet gave them permission. Why would BTHN have "control" over what a TV channel or newspaper can report? Freedom of the press, right?

I agree..there's a method to this madness, we just don't know what it is yet. JMO, but I feel sure the hosts have been working with LE for a while now. LE would be stupid to pass up such an opportunity..All JMO tho..

I think the info was put out there the way it was for a reason. Why not let SA and BD chew on it a while and see what happens...could lead to Hailey and I just don't see what LE would have to lose. Funny that after that announcement was made that Billie was not indignant at the mere suggestion of her being a POI, she knows she is and why she is IMO..

I think it was the SA interview.... the hosts said that if anyone wanted to report on or reproduce it, they needed to ask permission, gave email and phone numbers. I don't remember hearing that disclaimer last night though? anyone else?

IKWUM. Up until last night I thought she accidentally died in that home because of a drug OD. Now I cant shake this feeling its going to be horrific and possibly pics of her being tormented or something.

Of course I'm not going to be happy until they are both behind bars and that's coming I believe...but the waiting is agonizing. Can't even imagine how Clint is feeling..


My biggest worry is that Hailey won't be found..something has told me from the beginning that they were very confident of that. I so hope I'm wrong..

I never thought she OD'd, but to be honest I have never really been able to form a theory (that I could sink my teeth into anyway) as to exactly what happened ..All sorts of horrible thoughts have popped into my head, but no real theory if ykwim? I'm almost afraid to find out..

They would trip over each other to get her response to last night's bombshell, she ain't talking...she know's the gig is up. She would be running around yelling "Slander! Liable!"....lol. The fact that she's not...volumes.
