LMAO - sniffing "Chloroform"???????

But, she has pretty handwriting! :great::floorlaugh::great: <--------- after doing the Google search, I now know why -- she is a busy little writer! (Oh, and her handwriting looks a bunch like ICA!)

I googled bc armstead and couldn't find anything of interest. What search term did you use? I wanna laugh. TIA

Regarding Brenda...... found this fun info......there's many more where this came from.

In a bizarre juxtaposition of the banal and the sublime, Brenda C. Armstead asks this Court to fix her credit card problems and appoint President George W. Bush and Senator Barack Obama co-Presidents for life. Should the court feel so inclined, Armstead also requests that all state and federal officials of every ilk, as well as their staff, be appointed for life.

In order to pursue these claims, Armstead requests in forma pauperis status and has filed an affidavit attesting to her indigence. Nevertheless, courts have an obligation to dismiss suits that are frivilous or malicious, fail to state a claim, or seek monetary relief from an immune defendant. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2).

Armstead v. United States, No. 02-318C (Fed. Cl. Apr. 30, 2002). Armstead filed documents with the court partially responding to that order. Armstead alleged that [*2] she had been, among other things, falsely arrested on three occasions, wrongly discharged by the Lake County Schools, discriminated against on the basis of a disability, defamed, and improperly confined to a mental institution.

WTH? Please tell me she wasn't a teacher at one time. :banghead:

In petitioner’s proposed complaint, she alleges that Nicole Donelli has been
imprisoned illegally in Broward County, Florida. She writes: “I seek her immediate release
or so help me God I will the seek the prosecution - Jail - Removal from the bench of every
Judge in this court.” She brings her complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

I kept thinking that I had seen that handwriting before, geez:doh: Forget about a movie or book about this case that producer could easily make it into a series. With spin-offs:floorlaugh:

regardless of whether or not a crime has been committed, how does it stack up ethically? I mean all of the players involved in this had to hold state licences as either Lawyers or PI's. Isn't misrepresentation or even dancing close to it a huge nono under their professional ethical rules?

You would think that the JAC may want to attach that listing of complaints to their response to the recent defense request for $12k for more investigative services?

I agree, absolutely. I posted a little further back on this thread about a PI in the Scott Peterson trial that was charged with impersonating a LEO. In that case he actually said he was LE. It is something that the SA's take very seriously as well as witness tampering. PI's don't have the same ethical requirements as a lawyer for instance. They are sneaky and often unethical to get what they want. In this case the way it was worded imo was a very deliberate attempt to mislead but they do this kind of thing so often they know what they can get away with.

Improperly committed -- well, that is a whole 'nutter thread!

Okay, sorry mods -- I promise my last post on her! Thanks Muzicman for brightening my day -- I have been crying off and on all day at the devastation done by the earthquake and tsunami, so this was really a gem among the "You just can't make this stuff up!" saga that is the Justice for Caylee case.

Hey guys, what happened to the court's decision on the motions that I thought was due by the end of this week? Any info.?

Thanks :) She's something. Head cases attract head cases? There sure have been plenty.

I noticed in one report it says no dna found on the shorts or laundry bag but an earlier report sai no male dna found. I find that interesting because I was curious if they found Caylee's? If not it goes to show that no dna of any kind survived the elements. It's really not exculpatory for the defense but I know they will say that possibly there was at one time. On the other hand if Caylee's is there I see that as a positive for the state. Casey's dna present I know will be argued transference, etc.

SOTS was quick to point out the defense spent all that money and only tested for MALE dna. Not female or Caylee.....:banghead:

No, not really. In quotes calling "from" the orange county court house does not constitute a crime has been committed for that statute. You can see how they were very sneakily but legally misleading in hopes of getting the persons cooperation I guess.

I'm not sure that's legal at all. He was clearly misleading the person and lying by omission. He wouldn't have said he was calling from a restaurant - that wouldn't intimidate anyone. This guy needs to be in jail. Disgraceful.

I really hope the prosecution asks Cindy and George this. Does anyone remember if that was before or after the dogs alerted there? I can't remember the timing. It wouldn't look as bad if it was after and I would think when the dogs alerted every inch of that yard would have been gone over then.

I'm gonna have to go on a rabbit hunt for the link -- IIRC, and maybe someone else does as well -- I believe it was cindy that said they had already searched the backyard in regards to being asked about if the dogs found anything. Something like she knew they wouldn't because they already had looked.

I'll do some searching, but I'm pretty sure their own searching of the yard would've been before --

Anyone else remember?

Well they never answered Kathi Belich's query as to whether or not they were searching for Zanaida, which by all accounts they should be. Maybe they gave up hope? Seriously though, this SCREAMS to me that the defense knows Casey did it. They know.

Well damn :waitasec: I thought the nanny was a female.
Yep,Zanny was no ordinary female ,she was a 10!

Defense was hoping Kronk left some DNA when he found Caylee,no doubt. How inconsiderate of him not to leave a shed skin cell or drip of sweat behind.
