Regarding Brenda...... found this fun info......there's many more where this came from.

In a bizarre juxtaposition of the banal and the sublime, Brenda C. Armstead asks this Court to fix her credit card problems and appoint President George W. Bush and Senator Barack Obama co-Presidents for life. Should the court feel so inclined, Armstead also requests that all state and federal officials of every ilk, as well as their staff, be appointed for life.

In order to pursue these claims, Armstead requests in forma pauperis status and has filed an affidavit attesting to her indigence. Nevertheless, courts have an obligation to dismiss suits that are frivilous or malicious, fail to state a claim, or seek monetary relief from an immune defendant. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2).

Armstead v. United States, No. 02-318C (Fed. Cl. Apr. 30, 2002). Armstead filed documents with the court partially responding to that order. Armstead alleged that [*2] she had been, among other things, falsely arrested on three occasions, wrongly discharged by the Lake County Schools, discriminated against on the basis of a disability, defamed, and improperly confined to a mental institution.

Any relation to Joy?

I'm not sure that's legal at all. He was clearly misleading the person and lying by omission. He wouldn't have said he was calling from a restaurant - that wouldn't intimidate anyone. This guy needs to be in jail. Disgraceful.

They didn't say they were private investigators either. They said investigators.

SOTS was quick to point out the defense spent all that money and only tested for MALE dna. Not female or Caylee.....:banghead:

CA will be ticked, as this could have proved that ........... I can't even type it. But you know!

SOTS was quick to point out the defense spent all that money and only tested for MALE dna. Not female or Caylee.....:banghead:

Yeah...and the balance of the $$$ that the JAC allotted for this so called test, that only tested for males, is probably in JB's pocket square drawer. :banghead:

Chicquita,

Remember, the child had not been seen for 31 days. It is not really an idea that everyone went to so easily. It has been 31 days. The baby is gone and KC did not report it. What is one to think? Most likely the child is dead, HOWEVER, she is given the benefit and what does she do? She lies.

ITA Chiquita71, very telling, isn't it. Does anyone recall during one of the jailhouse visits, Cindy (laughingly) asking Casey about KM's mom allegedly saying Cindy was once hospitalized for mental issues?

Kiomarie had no reason to lie when she told the Bailey Dickens that ICA did not want the child, so coupled with the fact ICA had not notified anyone she was 'missing' and did not seem upset by the fact, it wasn't such a big leap for Kiomarie to think she had done something to Caylee.

RespectfullyQuoted :websleuther:

Yes. I see what you all are saying. I do forget that everyone knew that Caylee had actually been missing for 31 days. And, yes with Kio knowing how Casey didn't want the baby, I can see that as a factor too. They had seen the news reports as we had, and from the perp walk(in the blue hoodie)I thought she had killed her child. So...yeah...I'll stop saying that now.

Oh, and I also need to correct myself on this: I keep on getting Lauren Gibbs and Kristina(Christina)mixed up. Lauren Gibbs is the young lady who babysat for Caylee when she was first born but stopped when she found out Casey wasn't really working. And Christina was the young lady who showed the most emotion I have heard for Caylee during a jailhouse call. "Your baby girl, Casey. Your flesh and blood...everyone is saying you are not upset."

I think that is correct and I have been combining them into one person.

I :blowkiss: Websleuths

They certainly don't seem interested in finding out any truth. Wouldn't they want to know whose DNA is on the stuff, considering they've been telling all us "idiot bloggers" and the public that Casey is innocent of the crime?? Oh how I await my "Aha" moment promised to me by Baez.

I'm gonna have to go on a rabbit hunt for the link -- IIRC, and maybe someone else does as well -- I believe it was cindy that said they had already searched the backyard in regards to being asked about if the dogs found anything. Something like she knew they wouldn't because they already had looked.

I'll do some searching, but I'm pretty sure their own searching of the yard would've been before --

Anyone else remember?

Is this part of what your remembering? From the arrest affidavit.....
" He told me that he and his wife had already searched through the sheds, but I was welcomed to check behind them. He told me that he even moved his granddaughter's playhouse and looked underneath it for evidence of foul play. The playhouse is positioned in the back yard on a deck of brick pavers. After completing an examination of the back yard, I spoke with Sergeant John Allen on the telephone and told him there was one small depression in the soil near the pool area that George Anthony agreed looked suspicious. Sergeant Allen told me he was coordinating the response of the cadaver dog and the Crime Scene Unit."

Why does the SA have over 300 Witnesses on their list and the DA only have 80? AND ONE OF THOSE 80 is Roy Kronks Ex Room Mate?

(79) Bradley Wright - former roommate of Kronk - added Aug 30, 2010

CORRECTION - NO Defense depo done on July 12, 2010 in Sarasota, FL
Defense took statement on Nov 8, 2009 - filed in Defense Motion
State depo scheduled for July 21, 2010 in Sarasota - CANCELED
Bradley on fishing boat until October 2010

Seems like the SA has their poop in a group in comparison. This trial is gonna be a RIOT

More on Brenda....

Plaintiff is no stranger to the civil justice system. In fact, she has filed more than 30 lawsuits over the past three years in various federal district courts across the country. Plaintiff has also been sanctioned by the Florida Supreme Court for filing over 20 frivolous cases. See Armstead v. State of Florida, 817 So.2d 841 (Fla. 2002). Moreover, plaintiff has filed five lawsuits, including the present action, in this district within the past six months. Two of those cases have been dismissed for failure to comply with court orders. See Armstead v. H.D. Robuck Law Firm, No. 3-02-CV-2604-M (N.D. Tex. Feb. 21, 2003); Armstead v. Elfvin, No. 3-02-CV-2690-M (N.D. Tex. Feb. 12, 2003). One case was dismissed for want of prosecution. Armstead v. Claiborne, No. 3-03-CV-0200-P (N.D. Tex. Jun. 11,2003). Another case was dismissed as frivolous. Armstead v. Brewer, No. 3-03-CV-0318-H (N.D. Tex. Apr. 10, 2003). Before the instant suit was filed, plaintiff had been warned that "any future frivolous lawsuits may result in the imposition of sanctions, including an order prohibiting her from filing any civil actions without paying the required filing fee or obtaining prior authorization from a district judge or magistrate judge." Id. Evidently, this warning has gone unheeded. The court therefore determines that plaintiff should be prohibited from filing any additional complaints in forma pauperis without first paying the required filing fee or obtaining prior authorization from a district judge or magistrate judge.

...and I don't even have time enough to get the wash done!!

I'm remembering this being said also.

Maybe from one of the "Greta" interviews when the Anthony's did their walk about in the backyard??

... I don't think that it has anything to do with them not wanting to know the truth, because they know the truth... they just don't want anyone else to know the truth (even though we know the truth too).

I do not think that testing for male DNA, and not female DNA, is going to sit too well with a jury. We all understand why they did this because we have been following this case for so long, but a jury, who hasn't followed this case, is going to want to know why they only tested for male DNA when Casey claims (over and over again) that a female by the name of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez had kidnapped Caylee. Unless the defense is going to claim that Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez was actually a man living as a woman and that is the reason they can not find her... it will make no sense to a jury why they did not test for female DNA.

The only logical explanation is that they knew that IF they were able to obtain DNA that was from a female that it would be Casey Marie Anthony's DNA or Caylee Marie Anthony's DNA. They couldn't take any chances... the defense makes Casey look really guilty by doing this though. Really guilty!!!

I do think the defense was hoping that they would find Roy Kronk's DNA out there... he was going to the bathroom out there and he did come into some contact with Caylee's remains. Poor guy!! What a nightmare this must be for him.

Oh I know - I was being facetious. I know they cannot risk testing for female dna because her stupidity cannot be underestimated and they do not know what she may have left there. IF the defense wanted to put on a show of believing what they say they believe, they would have tested for both imo.

It gives me chills to think how closely Kronk dodged a bullet by not having left any dna on the scene. The defense team has done their level best to ruin this innocent man's life, they know he is innocent. It is the most vulgar display imaginable. They would sit by while he sat in jail if it got Casey off. I keep saying that there needs to be some intervention against this type of practice from defense lawyers. I hope people will be working tirelessly to have Baez disbarred after this is over. He is dangerous.

Well damn :waitasec: I thought the nanny was a female.

Well, if that doesn't say it all. They weren't even looking for Zanny DNA, even though she's supposed to be the kidnapper. Why look for male DNA, when the defense claims the perpetrator/kidnapper is female???

I hope the state brings up this question at trial.

Another interesting look at CA as she got all indignant about the yard!
http://www.wftv.com/news/16975536/detail.html

(I bet she told her buddy Holly!)

From that same link the next story down it mentions Deputy Carlos Padilla. I had forgotten about him. Maybe that is the Padilla Casey is talking about to MH on myspace. Especially since JB is calling him a liar.

The same article says JB was on Nancy Grace. I don't remember that ever happening. JVM yes.

The state did testing as well. JB claimed in court that the states testing were minuscule pieces and therefore he wanted all of it tested. Her dna or fingerprints on the trash bags would be significant. It would prove she handled them. The shorts and laundry bag could be explained as transference.

What I don't get is Casey expects everyone to believe that Zanny had a key to the A's house. As if that wasn't bad enough we are to believe she took trash bags, laundry bag, blanket, etc. all the while Casey was trying to track her down she was running in and out of the A's home. Didn't Caylee's bear Cindy slept with come up missing as well? Really? She has to be insane, no one is that stupid.

I'd be shocked if any defence shenanigans were to lead to an innocent party being charged with murder. Throwing people under the bus might (though I can't see it happening) obtain a not guilty verdict for KC but it won't result in a wrongful prosecution; the state is confident it knows who did this, and she is already in jail awaiting trial.
I'm sure this is how the defense justify their tactics. They know they won't result in any false charges, and at worst it will cause distress for their targets.

They were hoping, praying and salivating for a Kronk or Jesse "find".

Cry me a freakin' river, "boyz".... :great:
