Gotta say my first thought when I read this was -- good, maybe now she'll shut up. I've never seen anything like these 2. They are topping the Cummings/Croslin gang.

:floorlaugh:

In my opinion, they have "topped" the Cummings/Croslins ...

At least it took Misty and Ronald several months to be caught dealing drugs together after they'd said they'd separated.

Yes ... and as far as we know, RC and MC were not involved in child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ...

From CBS7 Twitter: Mother of Missing Colorado City Teen Hailey Dunn has hired an attorney to represent her in court on the three misdemeanor charges she faces.

John is one of only a few lawyers in the 7th Judicial Administrative Region of Texas who has earned the qualification to be appointed to serve as Lead Counsel in Capital Cases in which the death penalty is sought by the Government and he has served as lead counsel in several Capital Murder cases as well as numerous murder cases, cases involving aggravated sexual offenses and virtually every other type of Felony or misdemeanor case.

Interesting qualification ...

Thank you. BJD already admitted to the media that she lied to LE, so how does the attorney help her with that? My only thought is if he fights to get this information dismissed (ala Jose Baez).

She also said to the media that she had a perscritpion (for non-perscription drugs) and that only the label was ripped off. I suppose all she has to do is go back to the pharmacy and get confirmation. Or get a copy of the legal script from her doctor. Done deal :)

In all seriousness, I'm glad she did hire an attorney. I was watching all the train wrecks and wondering what an attorney would do once he/she got ahold of all the interviews. This is far worse than Casey Anthony should a body be found, and linked back to BJD.

All MOOOO.

I dont think she liked that interrogation very much. They must have asked some very hard questions.

Pro-bono I'm sure. This will bring more publicity than an attorney could ever pay for!

Of course once he's in knee deep (IMHO) and if the case goes to trial, he'll want to bill Texas. Just speculating based on what I've seen Baez do.

Do you think he'll be setting up paid interviews? It's a bit late for pictures to be sold - but an "exclusive" might bring in some dosh.

MOOOOO

Howard is Big Spring, where the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was found at SA's mother's house.

Regarding the lawyer, he sounds well qualified to handle Billie's many, many, problems...and he must have the stomach for it. mo

Re-mortgage the house??
That's an interesting thought and where would CD fit in there? IIRC last time I looked the house was in his name only.

Yep, I agree. I am wondering if some of those "questions" scared the "you know what" out of her ?

Does Billie realize this is REALITY and NOT a "game" ?

Her daughter has been missing for almost 3 months now and on top of that, she has 3 charges from Thursday 3-17-11 to deal with ... as well as possible "other" charges ...

I am "thinking" Billie "may" be at her breaking point since she hired a lawyer.

if we learned anything and confirmed it is that BJD follows this case in the news, and from many sources too.

Probably all the above, this is why a timeline of BJD lies, statements I kind of wish we didn't have so that her attorney or BJD cannot use it to hone up on her stories. They are many like in ICA case however not knowing her attorney (has to be a lot better than ICA attorney) could use it to their advantage.
