My hat is off to you all in this forum; I kept up for the first week or so but Kyron has all my attention (I recognize lots of names from his forum).. I honestly thought Hailey would be home safe & sound after a week, and then bought her mom's story, cringed over.. well, so many things. Just want you to know I'm following as best I can and I absolutely can NOT believe all this.
Are any of Billie's friends still posting here? What must they think?
All of that is OT really, just wanted to empathize with you all in here. It's crazy town!

No, she hasn't been helping - she's only been hindering the investigation, IMO.

But now it's official - she is no longer even pretending to assist LE.

Well her attorney is going to have to do 2 things. Keep her trap shut and keep her away from Shawn. I dont think he can do that.

I am English and well..we do thinks differently to you ( which tbh after following this case im pleased about lol) but how exactly does that work..that she wont talk to LE about her daughters case? Cant the police just go to her house and take her in the car to the station and ask her questions now? Could she refuse to go? And if innocent why would you refuse to talk to the police any way if it would help to find your missing child?

Billie, Billie, Billie, you did it all wrong. You should have hired a spokesperson instead of a lawyer, or will that be what we hear next. You can't keep your mouth shut and a lawyer is not going to defend you to the public. With a lawyer, mums the word. At least if you would have hired a spokesperson, the media could still print your garbage and then you would have the spokesperson to blame for misprints, accusations, lies, not getting the full story out there blah blah. You never ever have to talk to the police other then to show ID. Other then your child missing case it is best not to talk to police if they want to question you.

Did you notice that the article quotes Toombs as saying "Toombs tell us, that one of his sources saw the two Saturday night meeting in Snyder."
