This guy DOES need a translator. He's truly saying a whole lot of nothing. And just saying it over and over. I don't even know how to transcribe it.

He's talking about how they're willing to open reward to anyone at all who can add anything at all to the investigation to take it to another level. My translation: we have nothing at all, so any information that moves this investigation along, we'll open the reward to that.

I worked for State government for 31 years and this guy has got the "talk" down pat.....He talks in circles and makes everyone's head spin..no straight answers..why didn't he let the guy from LE talk....Why did he say the reward might go to 6 figures??? That may prolong people from stepping forward with information.
Hopefully, someone needs money real bad now...
