JA - Talking about photographs to presented at trial. 238 (?) photos are going to be given to defense so they can organize objections.

HHBP: week of 18th & 25th all housekeeping matters, photos, objections anything wrapped up, final motions . . . we can do it sooner but those 2 weeks we are reserving.
I don't plan to travel to Tallahassee

HHBP: received notification - want me to rule on pleadings on spoilation

JA: 2 spoilation motions, I responded to one - related to garbage

CM" the motion will be the one you responded to.

HHBP: witnesses and Dr. Vass

JA: the only testimony that we finished was the hair testimony - at least we don't have any testimony on the spoilation motion.

Cadieux striking as witness...Weitz and Danziger scheduled for depos next week...April 7th...status hearing on April 8, could be heard then...

Names for TES searchers who went on their own to Suburban, CMason did not get the names to the State...

Until depo is done JA states, no information until then asks the court to reset the matter until depos completed...reports from witnesses received. His Honor has them they were emailed to him...

236 photos attended to be used at trial...JA has it on cd..some had been previously sealed...

for tomorrow..spoilation motions...reference to garbage...witnesses to Dr. Vass...more testimony on hair motions..Baez calling two witnesses I don't think it's necessary for Saturday per Mason...His Honor needs to know if he has to alert staff for Saturday and he will go into Sunday if necessary...9am tomorrow morning...
