I disagree. I saw her jockeying for eye contact around one of ICA's handlers. I think (heck, I know) that ICA is taking great pleasure in not giving her mother the one thing she craves. ICA turned towards the gallery as soon as she jumped out of her chair, but studiously avoided looking in CA's direction. :cow:

He already denied the motion. I believe it was on Monday, but may have been as early as last Friday.

Until depo is done JA states, no information until then asks the court to reset the matter until depos completed...reports from witnesses received. His Honor has them they were emailed to him...

week of April 18, and 25th...house cleaning...wrapping up any final motions may pop up...we can do it sooner than that, but those are the two weeks being reserved...

This just furthers speculation on her 'coldness'. I can't figure out why she would instructed not to acknowledge or even look at her family. IMHO, it just makes her look 'less human'.
