Can we send a message to the judge or assistant..someone to TELL Mr Baez to STOP clicking his PEN

See now you did it.....since the DT obviously reads here in order to get a clue how to proceed with their case, he will now do it more just to annoy.

You have to approach this as you would with a child....

i.e.

Jose, I really like it when you click your pen! I pretend it is a beat to a song. Could you do it more and do it louder please? Keep going - don't let up!

So what of Baez got away with it; his witness is toast, which is probably why HHJP allowed it because the witness made himself irrelevant so who cares whatever he says now.

Why would Furton, a scientist, be evasive with his answers....just to stay in good with the defense? What is wrong with just speaking truthfully! Has Furton not been paid yet by Baez?

If I were on the jury, I would hear Jose trying to use one expert to say another "expert" is not valid. Which, I guess he is supposed to do but I have to ask, "isn't this a frye hearing?" I feel like it's groundhog day asking that after the last two long hearings...

We have been sidetracked because this witness has an opinion that has changed since he took his depo with the state, is my understanding. Jose is now saying that JA could take days to ask about every study this witness knows...

the judge says enough. Judge says he will allow the witness to testify. But wants to be clear...he has every depo and by time of trial he will have read every depo...if you have not filed the experts filings...do so because he(HHJP)will have read them.

If someone gets caught hiding something during trial...it will be struck from the record and the person who does it will be in trouble.
