i'm not sure how her testifying the trunk was open for hours is helping..i mean wouldnt that just confirm the smell was really really bad if it stunk up the bay?

re depo: JA asking her about the dryer sheets. In her depo CA stated that she didn't recognize the dryer sheets in the trunk.

He just impeached her.

In her depo, she had told LDB that she didn't know why dryer sheets were in the car.

Now she remembers that she did.

Dear lord in heaven, Cindy just CANNOT answer a question yes or no. She has to constantly insert other details.

And - here is JA reading back other depos/testimony to call her out on it.

And here she is moaning how "Traumatic" it was for her and apparently that is why she keeps recalling new things now.
