Great! HHJP bows down to the defense under the threat of an appellate issue.

For the love of all things holy - let them appeal - it will NOT be overturned as every literate person on the face of the earth can see right through the defense and their tactics.

HHJP is going to allow the questions and challenges even though in the stipulation DT agreed not to. But will allow the State to re depo .

Ok. Bigger picture aside, HHJBP imo could have gone back and read and listened to what JB actually said in open court, then compare it to the stipulation. They are the exact same words.
Having said that...I am going to go and hack my head off with a big knife....LOL and GRRRRRRR

:banghead: OK, I am not happy about today!!!!! I will keep my mouth shut and will walk away because I don't want a toss!!

Poor little Caylee...

LG: Sigh - I see a Saturday courtroom hearing in my immediate future.....

An observation of JW the past couple of days. I've seen her like this before, a little too interested, involved and hyper. IMO, usually indicates an arrest and baker act is in her near future.

It's so sad. Maybe she's getting manic? Just my speculation of course.

does oak ridge lab follow their own protocols? Jose asks witness. Witness says "no" and alludes to the idea the equipment is "old".

  • #628
So, the witness is bringing it back to the matter at hand-Thank you, doctor.

Where is Ms. Linda? I think she could bring JA down a bit.

JB is SUCH and <<unusual person>>!! Who, in their right mind, cuts off the judge when he's asking you a question??

The same kind of person who accuses the judge of being biased and unfair. :innocent:

  • #631
Well it looks like we'll be here tomorrow and maybe Sunday folks !!!!:waitasec:

  • #632
Well look at that .. the 'bias' judge is gonna let the defense continue..

I really feel sorry for JA, JB is really trying to put the screws to the state!

He's getting away with it too. JP allowing it because of appellate issues. His advice to JA "do not stipulate to anything else in the future"

I am contemplating a bic pen to the eyeball.

Jose is bringing out a 2008 study. HHJP asks for the title of the paper.

  • #636
So the DT can do whatever they want and HHJP's word means nothing. The appellate issue is always going to be there,so it's now the DT's game.

I'm disgusted. I just hope potential jurors are also disgusted.

I feel for Ashton - someone send that man a nice bottle of scotch for tonight!!

Judge - It is clear that both sides can't agree if it is day or night. Even though reasonable people can.

I'm disappointed at HHJP saying that. He sees what Baez is trying to do and it should not be a surprise that JB is trying to slide in details that he already claimed they would not dispute. HHJP says it could become an appellate issue.
Might as well just let them do as they wish and avoid all prospect of an appeal :banghead:
