I disagree; it looks unkempt and makes her appear to be exactly what she is: a prisoner.

She really needs a modern cut before the trial.

My opinions only.

well if it were my decision she'd be in her prison blues all shackled up for the jury to see :D

but no matter how she looks, nothing will come close to showing the kind of monster she is on the INSIDE.

What are you challenging Mr. Baez? He don't know? LOL!:great:

ETA: I thought we were doing a Frye Hearing? Enlighten me.

I missed the first part of this today and so just watched CAs testimony on WESH. What I find MOST frustrating about listening to the Anthony's testify is that every time they are called to the carpet on a lie, they appeal to how traumatic everything was, or something to that extent. It's ridiculous how they side step responsibility at every chance. What I do find amusing is that they seem to believe that it's a good response, when in reality it just paints them in a terrible light. People see through their crap and I don't think this will be lost on a jury.

ITA. :tyou:

Jose is asking his witness if he has had a chance to review the gas chromographer(sorry wrong spelling like crazy).

HHJP is asking what mr. baez is challenging...says he does not know where he is going. jose is explaining he is not challenging the gas thingy itself but the procedures...

HHJP says, "I thought we were doing a frye hearing."

Mr. George doesn't seem to be at the table. Is he out of camera view, or might he be in the hallway chatting with the good Dr. Vass?

  • #848
Me thinks HHJP went back and read the court transcripts. His demeanor has changed with regard to the stipulation.

you know i'm all for anything that keeps a guilty verdict from being tossed. but most especially i'm looking forward to hearing about her becoming big berthas "special friend" in general population :)

Judge - I thought we were doing a Frye hearing. Enlighten me if we are doing something other than that.

At the rate this Frye hearing is going.... I am a little concerned about finding jurors who have time to serve on this case. It's going to be a LONG trial and I'm not buying two months as sufficient time from start to finish.

I'm late to the party - but I'll catch up. This should be interesting :)

I hope not, though we do have to remember every juror might not have had the pleasure of having seen CA in action over these years. They may not have seen her googly eyes at the civil depo, her stupid pizza comment, hear her threats against Tim Miller, etc. and they may not see that at the trial.
A juror or two might believe her crap.
Naw, they won't like her...just cause of the pure whininess.

I don't think you have to have seen all of that to see her very obvious side stepping, especially when you have folks like JA calling her to the floor by reading a clear contradiction from her previous sworn testimony. CAs only response was to blame the trauma and drugs she was on... Someone would have to be completely devoid of any discernment to not see it.

Hmmm...if I offer the squirrels in Illinois coconut shampoo will it bring Spring faster?

JB didn't like Vass because Vass made sense, this poor guy is waffling more than IHOP on a Sunday.
