HHBP We look at opinions and then you have obligation to cross examine - it is virtually impossible to give every opinion that witness might testify to. the problem is that what he will testify to - i do not know. if i can't know what may or may not be coming out of his mouth - then there is an objection

I don't think you have to have seen all of that to see her very obvious side stepping, especially when you have folks like JA calling her to the floor by reading a clear contradiction from her previous sworn testimony. CAs only response was to blame the trauma and drugs she was on... Someone would have to be completely devoid of any discernment to not see it.

I have to totally agree with your assessment of the body language and goings on during that exchange. I have seen personal exchanges between Jose and Casey: the leg touching and ICA reaching out to touch Jose's arm while he was presenting to the court...

but today-I have seen very clearly there is affection between Jose and ICA. Whatever each may feel about that ( :yuck: :sick: ) I believe it will also be obvious to a jury, who will also have their own feelings about this dynamic.

And by one side of the court a little girl named Caylee is completely forgotten. I am waiting to hear about Caylee.

KC had to have a complete warddrobe before she left home....was it all so, let's be nice and say "casual," that CA cannot bring any of it to her? Or did CA trash all of KC's clothes?
Where is the white shirt she wore in her "you wouldn't convict a girl with glasses, wouldya?" presser she did with JB on her front porch?

I seriously doubt KC has anything in her closet that would be appropriate for court. IMO

IMO, Hizhonor would save alot of time and angst if he would question Mr Baez on his interpretation/definition/perception of FRYE HEARING, and adjust <Mr Baezs understanding> accordingly.

I think most cheese does now days. You can't melt it. But, I eat goat cheese anyway. jmo

I each mostly French cheeses, and Italian. They don't taste like plastic, IMO.

I'm anxious to hear the wording in HHJP's decision. Maybe he is giving the DT some rope,but right now his threats mean nothing to JB or CM.

How odd. My Bounce 120 sheet "Outdoor Fresh" box lists the ingredients as

"Biodegradable cationic softeners and perfume"

"Cationic" = "An ion or group of ions having a positive charge and characteristically moving toward the negative electrode in electrolysis"

In fact the only "danger" of a cationic softener would be not to use it with non-flammable clothing as it reduces or eliminates said treatment.

Hmmm, I guess my Bounce is why I am still alive and not asphixiated by chloroform!

kf a variety of methods - internal or external standard - reference to known concentrations that is universal

jb you purchase a standard tells how much a specific chemical is there
kf yes a series of standards - reference unknowns to standard
