Can the judge fire JB. Look at that witch trying not to laugh. OMG

She has been openly laughing many times today. This is a big joke to her as they talk about the decomposing smell of her daughter.

IMO

It was asked by another Websleuth who was the man sitting with Casey today. The thread moves fast so I wanted to ask again. I had no idea before but now I'm thinking its the new attorney? I have not read the thread about the new attorney... :sigh:

I really, really think the judge will reign this in...he has to-there is a reality to this where ICA must have a trial or something has to happen. Casey has dug in her heels. I have followed this long enough to know now-she will make everyone drag this out for as long as she can.

George said she lies about stuff and then piles more stuff on top of that stuff. I agree. And now that is her defense.

I am going to admit that I have sympathy for Casey, Cindy and George. I didn't mean to have it-I have it because I know they are doomed.

Did you catch JB walking over to CM right after HHJP suggests the attorneys stop by their favorite atm during the lunch break and says

JB: 'can I borrow some money, I forgot my bank card'

:floorlaugh:

Whew! I about peed my pants there for a sec. I am watching (or listening rather) to akamai 20877 & I was working in another tab in Firefox when HHJP's voice came over my speakers yelling at the lawyers to be quiet. My goodness, I wouldn't want to get on his bad side. Hopefully, the lawyers (mainly JB) will be more professional after lunch otherwise I think United Way might be getting a hefty donation today.

Did anyone else see the look on JB's face when HHJP was reading them the riot act? A professional would have the good sense to look admonished...JB looked bored and was barely concealing a smile/smirk. JB reminded me of a teenager getting a lecture from a parent...when you *know* they haven't heard a word you said.

I did -- seemed to me he was worried that he doesn't have any money in his ATM.

I just had to wonder if when JB approached CM he asked "did you bring your ATM card today? I don't have mine."

Note to JB - you can't ask the taxpayers of Florida to spring for your contempt fees like the copy and investigative fees you whine for. Nope, no can do it.

I think jb thinks it isn't him but SA......:floorlaugh:

Unfortunately JP includes JA and Baez Will keep up with the uncalled for comments as they continue the hearing.
What point iDoes Baez feel he is making? Come on stupid the whole car stinks and everything in it = decomposition= dead body.......and there was a dead body belonging to the driver of that car. Do that think the Jury will pick up on that. I think so.

It reminds me of a child not listening because he's heard it all before and knows the "parent" never follows through with the punishment.:waitasec:

YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE WKMG hearing LINK NOW.

They are live but don't know it. Tony just hocked a HUGE phlegm ball on the sidewalk...then the cameraman asked an attorney if he had change for $100. Their reply..."I will." Couldn't see who it was.

NICE...spitting on the courthouse sidewalk. Did your mom teach you that??????

Nice job Tony.

You know, I have a 12 year old niece who constantly talks back and has to always get the last word in.

Unfortunately, she gets punished WAY worse than Jose Baez.

I'm tired of HHJP threatening but not following up. He needs to really put his foot down hard or it WILL get worse.

I hope the judge saw her trying not to laugh. That smurk was directed at what He had just said.

Because JB probably doesn't think the judge's words pertain to him...he's just like the Anthonys...thinks nothing can touch him...JB thinks the judge is mad at JA only. *rolleyes*

A table with all the trash lined up was just shown on one of the sites and there was nothing in that trash that would create the stench they are describing.

It is like they will have to give $100 for the swear jar! Any bets on who puts it in 1st? :floorlaugh: :giggle:

I think someone should revisit the Anthony home asap! Cindy testified this am that the smell in the car was the worst she had smelled in her life "at that time." I wonder what new odor she has smelled since then, that is now the worse?
