The attorney should be allowed to pick the charity....

I disagree. All the talk about shouting....directed solely to JA. That seemed to be his biggest gripe. The shouting. JB and his snarky comments were not even mentioned. Maybe the judge is trying to get on the good side of CM and prove he's not biased. He's doing a bang up job of that, IMO.

I also disagree. I think he's tired of the bickering and loss of control on both sides. They sound like a couple of school kids at times. JA needs to take 2 extra seconds before opening his mouth and the silence would take care of the situation itself. JB makes a jerk out of himself and if JA would just respond under normal court procedure, it would come off as being professional and within the court's rules. JB would be standing there with the short stick.

As far as the attorney's being able to choose the charity, I think in this case, it's the taxpayers money funding this trial, so the money should go back into the taxpayer's till. Period. I don't know about anyone else but I'm a little tired of seeing how the tax dollars are being spent on this case. Waste, huge waste!

Well, my :twocents: JA is so frustrated at the defense. It appears that he has just never had to deal with such sleazy, unprofessional, behavior. I can't say that I blame him at all.

It isn't helping that the judge is allowing Baez to get away with it.

I do get WHY the judge is allowing it.

Maybe the lunch break will help JA cool down. He is stellar, but he does need to be careful, and keep his eye on the ball.

I think it was to enter testimony about the ENTIRE BOTTLE OF FABREEZE and Fabric Softener sheets she spread around the car (that she forgot about during her depo because she was on new drugs) but remembers now.........so next I guess someone will tell us there is huge amounts of Chloroform in Fabreeze and Downy dryer sheets.

Who has a junk car they can fill with a bottle or two of Fabreeze and a box of dryer sheets for a month --- then send carpet sample from trunk to Voss for levels? Something tells me it won't smell like "a damn dead body" and the chloroform level will not be what he found.

I have been watching the trial of Brad Cooper, and can honestly say that if I were sitting on a jury, I would welcome the excited voices in the courtroom! Else, I would be dismissed from falling asleep!

I have no problem with JA getting emotional over all of this... I say it is about time that someone care enough for Caylee to loose it! I can see it all now... the trial and cross examination with Cindy and George is going to be truly appreciated by thousands!

ITA! CA is the total enabler in the family. I think that when GA left for those years she thought she and KC had this great relationship. I am not a parent, but for the posters who are, don't you know when you are being lied to? Taken advantage of? Stolen from? Played? Don't you know the difference between sincerity and fakeness, from your child? Apparently, CA knows the difference now, but refuses to accept it.

YES. I have 3 teenage boys and I know when each of them is lying to me. I call them out on it too and it frustrates them. I made it a point to learn my kids "tells", not to be vindictive or accusatory, but so that they would not be allowed to get away with it. It's almost humorous at times to watch them try to be clever, thinking they are getting one over on us...

Judge yelled the loudest today.

Perhaps on a second viewing (if I have the stomach) I will see it your way, but for now my impression was it was to all.
I have not seen the judge have to school JA in what a "good attorney" does to be prepared for trial. How to introduce an exhibit (title, publication, author and date) etc. I think the judges warning is more global than just yelling. It is talking to each other and not the court, games and digs.

I wish he would fine CA $100.00 for talking to LDB from the stand and ICA on her way out.

I love JA's passion, but it's disappointing to see him falling into JB's game. It's like watching two children slap fight. This isn't JA's first rodeo; he knows better - they both do.

That got old fast. I think he must be tired of explaining this is a Frye hearing and asking the relevance to the DT?

Maybe Jeff Ashton needs to start talking about the video that they said they would not bring in... You know, the one where Casey showed all her guilt in jail on the day they found Caylee! Maybe it would get Jose's attention as to how big of a slime ball he is for going against his word!

The first image seems to capture ICA in having a very big laugh. I would suppose she needs to let off some of the pressure. A VERY big laugh. It's almost...insane. imo.
