Not a chance. It is on wikipedia!!!:floorlaugh:
If it's on wiki, then I believe it. I don't even bother to research further or ask questions. What would be the point? I save wiki links to show doubters, especially those losers who gets their information from peer reviewed scientific data.

I feel the same although tempered with a smidgeon of sympathy for JA since he is very frustrated with HHJP today, who is bending over backward to be 'fair'- ie allow everything in just in case of appellate issues.... Just what was the point of Sims' written agreement during the contempt issues? HHJP is not going to hold them to it and that's SO not what I expected from him.
:innocent:

Problem HHJP has with it is the interpretation. Which he stated was subjective and since he wasn't in the room when it was discussed, agreed upon (by Jeff only since we know now JB never intended to honor it) and written, the best he could do was what he did; allow the SA to re-examine the witnesses.

Sorry for the run on sentence, but ya catch my drift I hope.

LOL. :floorlaugh:

And facebook! If not, I expect a Chloroform page with the mood saying:"I am getting a bad wrap in Florida -- I am not in Fabreeze!" by nightfall! LOL

Okay, did I blow the margins? If so, someone tell me where!

And first comment:
As if! :floorlaugh:

This is one of those action . . . reaction things. Baez acts in his slimy way, trying to get things in through the back door, and JA reacts. Baez is doing what he is very good at, being a sleazeball & playing dirty. He will do it as long as he can get away with it, and JA ( and most of the court) sees this, and the longer it goes on, the more pissed he becomes. Since Baez knows this pushes JA's buttons, he gets a big kick out of it and all of this, and the more he does it, . . vicious circle. I think HHJP is on to this whole scheme of Baez',
and hopefully is just allowing him enough rope to hang himself. Mr Ashton just needs to repeat this mantra to himself, " Let it go, this evidence is coming in, we have a good case here."

I think we will see a completely different JP and JA in front of a jury. JB not so much. Let him get comfortable acting this way and he'll try and proceed at trial in front of a jury. We'll see. JB is not a seasoned professional DP lawyer in real life even though JP likes to make him feel good by saying it.

Sorry wrong post about the "Red Bull" is this considered liquor,if so how is JP able to drink this in court?

I thought for a second we were back at the Baez Law Firm, where the Bull meets the plop.

I wonder if Casey was really prepared for what it would "do to her" by killing Caylee. Not the trial but the actual fact that she has (allegedy)committed murder. And, the murder of Caylee.

I believe there cannot be much of a conscience in the first place for a person to murder someone in cold blood. I believe some people are sociopaths who have little to no empathy or sympathy for anyone but themselves. But, I think there are still feelings inside there, deep deep inside.

And, imho it is deeply affecting Casey that she (allegedly)killed Caylee. I do believe the sweater pulling at the hands are a "out damn spot" action. It is almost as if she has "alien hands" where her hands have done something independent of her will. She uses them like talons when she does the paperwork(which I have not seen today but I was busy posting and did not visually see Casey doing any work), they are claws-weapons she used to do something that I think she has had to convince herself was "for the best."

But, I think this may be the first signs of a crack. First signs that ICA might be thinking twice about her solution to her problems. "Big trouble comes in small packages." Yeah trouble, but for who?

I think ICA mouths "I love you too" not "thank you." JMO

:seeya: yeknomaras--I didn't see it first hand (and am not sure if I have the stomach to go back and watch), but whether it was ILY or TY--it was a "reward" in the form of the KC attention that CA so desperately craves, after CA changed her testimony under oath to something more beneficial to the defense... after months of KC doing everything she can to avoid so much as catching her mother's eye in court... the depths of manipulation and sickness this indicates are really astounding to me.

It appears LDB asked Jose to stop clicking his pen (it is irritating and distracting and this is a MURDER trial). After she asked him, he did it even more then turned back to look at her to give her that usual smirk. Jose has the mental maturity of his client and shares the same moral compass. IMO

Starting at the 14:08 mark.

Miss Jean has been missing the mark quite alot, as of late. ICA clearly said "Thank You". Methinks JC is covering way too many cases and is not as sharp as she once was.

jmho

Looked to me as if Casey said, "me too."
Probably in response to Cindy saying, "I love you"

I'm watching the same trial you are,Amster,This has me concerned. JA seems to be ticking HH off more JB.:waitasec: I don't get it.

JB and CM are wearing T-shirts that say " Got Appellate Issues? "

I actually get this because I'm an oldest child of three. HHJP expects better out of JA because JA should know better. It seems like he's allowing Baez to get away with things, but I think he wants JA to act more mature and let HHJP handle Baez. It's right out of my childhood with my siblings. It never helped me case to go down to my sibling's level and try to deal with them myself!

I do understand JA's frustration, though. Bless him for putting up with JB so far. I'd have to be on medication to deal with Baez as much JA has. He just needs to cool down and let HHJP control the courtroom, no matter how hard that is to do. I appreciate his passion, but he's letting Baez continue to push his buttons, and the only one that is suffering is JA. He needs to try killing Baez with some kindness.

Yep it was all CA needed for validation from her murdering daughter. CA is now renewed and will continue on her path of lying and covering up for her daughter.

I watched it a few times and I think how it probably went was CA: I love you. ICA: you too.

she couldn't even muster the whole sentence of I love you too.

Good catch! Very telling. IMO, it is indicative of her lack of an ability to love. I equate it with, "Thanks for the favor/whatever...love ya!" Not real love. She is still fooling her mother. And like I said before, I may not like CA, but I still feel for her/empathize on some level, because how sad is that? CA still does not get it. We all get that she is covering up for KC...and it sickens us, but at the end of the day, CA still wants an honest exchange of feelings between her and her daughter, and she will never get it...so for that, I honestly feel bad. Too bad we can't check at this moment how much has been deposited in KC's commissary account. :truce:

I understand what you mean, but I have no sympathy for an adult behaving like a child during work, especially when the justice of a baby is at stake. A jury doesn't expect lawyers to behave like their teenagers at home. JA can show passion without resorting to yelling and sniping.

I've come to expect Baez to behave like a child, but I expect better from Ashton.

CA wants it both ways...again.
First she tried to cover up the horrendous stench of her decomposing granddaughter in her daughter's car.
Then, she insisted the stench was merely garbage. Then she insisted she had no knowledge of any dryer sheets.
Now, she insists that she emptied an entire box of said dryer sheets, dumped a bottle of Febreeze, maybe spritzed her favourite parfum, Ode de Stinky Lysol and Lavendar, and sprinkled pieces of pizza and cheese all about.
