I am so losing my patience with this defense team.

I don't even drink, but InSessions is making damn excuses for defense lack of preparation. They are saying that maybe they (the court) are trying to help save money and that defense wants to be able to see the witness --- but in reality, it was because the DEFENSE didn't inform the audio/visual guys of what they needed. :loser::loser::loser::loser::loser:
So, even though I don't drink --------> I might just start!

In Session discussing the chloroform, the computer searches for chloroform, asking Jean C. if the court will allow chloroform. Jean C. says she is 50/50 of whether it will be allowed at trial but Dr. Vass is peer reviewed on this subject and that is in his favor.

just observation/not bashing of the new casey anthony look/outfit:

the sleeves are pushed up to the elbows so she cannot play with the cuffs. interesting... also the shirt underneath looks to be huge with a little tiny grey sweater over the top...
It is a horrible outfit imhoo and she looks very tired/scruffy.

I rarely drink...usually special occassions or on vacation, but honestly...I may be a total lush by the time this trial is over. It is amazing how these people I don't even know IRL can tick me off so badly.

Close....they want her current appearance to be far different than it was at the time of the crime.
