If I didn't know better I'd think LP is a defense patsy used for throwing out comment s that could "help" KC later...as in reasonable doubt?? I must be crazy. NOT

So why is it that HHJP continues to allow JB and Co. to continue arguing when JA has repeatedly pointed out that they are out of context for a Frye hearing? I'm sure it would take far less time in these hearings if he put a stop to it. I know he has stated that he is trying to prevent appeals issues, but how does this prevent it, if they aren't supposed to be arguing like this anyway?

Just wants JB to get it AAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL out cause no way this is going to the appellate court.

Well it is possible. I can offer qualitative and substantive proof.

I am leaking decomp as I sit here watching this hearing because it is "killing my insides".

That enough proof or shall I measure it in a beaker and let you know how much?

Casey's face did get red when Linda was talking about Caylee being in the trunk of her car. You could tell she was getting really angry and wanted to say something and that is why she was frantically searching and writing. She did look like she wanted to cry for a minute... but not out of sorrow... but out of anger. Little things like this are going to be noticed by a jury.

I really need to say something about Joy Wray and I didn't want to say it in the hearing thread. Where does she think she is? She is not tailgating... she is not at a basketball game? Why is she wearing a sleeveless jersey and jeans? And why is she again wearing her hair like Casey's?

Hold down the left button on your mouse and run over the text ("highlight" it), as if you were going to "copy" it. That should let you read it. It shows up easily in the quote box, because yellow reads better on the grey background.

However, IMO, it is likely easier if people type in colours people can read at a glance.

Yes, his MO, as we keep seeing is to stand up and insult experts and evidence without providing any facts to support his statements , he doesn't quote precedents or any documented cases, just keeps on and on and on about how he doesn't think this (fill in the blank) should not be allowed in, and then tries to explain the law to HHJP. That is how he plans to win this case...:innocent:
