Just wants JB to get it AAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL out cause no way this is going to the appellate court.

Yeah, I understand that, just seems like a bit of overkill, but then again, I'm not a seasoned judge either, so what do I know. :)

On a positive note, I guess it's giving the State and good preview of what's to come at the trial...

If he would knock off using the useless Power Point thing it would save a carp load of time, I'm sorry but the Power Point thing is driving me bat chit karazzy. They look and act like amateurs, I know, I know..but it is beyond ridiculous and such a waste of time. I know now that JB's idiocy knows no bounds!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

The problem is he was running late this morning and forgot his laser light pointer. Ahhhh, if only he had had more time, then you would appreciate how compelling this pp presentation was meant to be.

Even if she didn't do it, I can't believe that she can sit there emotionless while the lawyers are discussing her late daughters rotting remains.

Unbelievable. One of my dogs died last year and when we talk about him, it makes me cry/tears well up...KC is heartless, this was her precious baby.

Sleuther - If these people ever get on the stand, none of what they are saying is going to help the DT. I think the comment by KC: "They haven't even found her clothes yet" is HUGE. That means she knew where they were and she knew where everything else was. That is what it suggests to me. She's a compulsive liar. She's a manipulator. She has to be the Star, etc., etc., etc. So I don't fault these people for talking about the case. They are doing what they need to do IMO.

IF any of these people were called to testify (which they won't be) the only person I would not have a problem testifying is Rob Dick. Tracey was sending money to Casey in jail... I don't care what kind of "bonding" they had for those few days (Tracey caving to Casey's whim to wear a watch on her ankle to be like her and her ankle monitor)... how could she... a mother herself... send money to her? Especially when she thinks she is guilty?

At first I really liked Leonard Padilla. I believe his intentions were pure and he really did want to find Caylee. What bothered me at the time and still bothers me today is that he is a very jealous man and was angry at the attention Tim Miller was getting and decided to try and discredit him. Also it makes me livid that he is attacking Roy Kronk. It's like because they stole what he felt was his (finding Caylee) that he is going to punish them with his outlandish stories of daisy chains. I find him to be a very vile man who needs to stop and remember why he got involved in the first place... for Caylee. It doesn't matter who eventually found her... the fact that she was found is enough. That he had my respect just for attempting to find her and he would have continued to have my respect if he would have not started attacking anyone else who wanted to find Caylee.

When LP brought up the BP story, I waited for the IS person to say, "Yes, George floated this story early on to LE during his interview." What did I get instead? A pained almost incredulous expression and this question, "Do you really think that George and Cindy had any idea what happened to their granddaughter?!"

Well, DUH!

Does anyone know if you have to refresh the feed on wesh?

I had all sorts of drama with feeds dropping out - I can't do cnn unfortunately.

I watch and listen on CNN, BUT--- I keep up myfoxorlando.com, you don't have to refresh and it runs a few seconds behind CNN. That way if I missed something or have a wtheck did he just do or say, I quickly to go to my fox view and see it.

today is 31 days until her trial. Do you think she has even given that a thought?
Nevermind, she hasn't.

:(

Holding down my right button didn't do anything...poo
But Thank You anyway!! :blowkiss:

What's weird is the yellow ink shows up clearly in the "quote box". :waitasec: Hmmm

moo

opps.....its the left one.....(this is one "skill" I have figured out on my own...normally I ask the kids -- dh takes way to long.....)

Thanks for the insession recaps!

As far as to the As "walking on eggshells" because they didn't want ICA to close down or clam up, well we see how far that got them, right? She has been nothing but a block in the way of finding anything helpful right from the get-go. Had she done anything whatsoever to help to find her daughter? When she wasn't actively impeding the investigation she was just being a lump.

Even if she didn't do it, I can't believe that she can sit there emotionless while the lawyers are discussing her late daughters rotting remains.

and please remember.....she only shows emotion when they talk about the dp and HER.....

Just wondering... I am pretty sure I know the answer. JB cannot pull these theatrics at trial right? :waitasec: Like the banana, because there is no evidence that a banana was the source of anything. Right? :waitasec:

Re: The assertion that the DT admitted that there was a dead body in the yard.

WFTV now has the footage up. It can be found here (part IV starting around the 8 minute mark). The defense asserts that Suburban Drive was the location with the known body. HTH

I hope I can hold out and finish watching this, for Caylee. But I have a massive headache. Thanks every one for the recaps on IS. I lost heart with them last week. :(

did you go to your preferences and allow it or disable pop-ups on cnn live? I have to do that before I can watch it - took me a while to figure that out.

Plus there is no evidence that the garbage was soggy as JB is reporting. All that was in the trash bag was trash, papers, wrappers, cans, bottles, etc.

I do not know what thread to post this so sorry Mods if I'm in the wrong thread.

My comment is....I've noticed that the DT has laid out on the table in detail every argument they are going to do during trial. Basically how they are going to play their cards,,they are going to get hammered. JB was trying all this time during these hearings to taint the jury pool by putting their entire case on trail through the hearings. THEY FAILED
