IF any of these people were called to testify (which they won't be) the only person I would not have a problem testifying is Rob Dick. Tracey was sending money to Casey in jail... I don't care what kind of "bonding" they had for those few days (Tracey caving to Casey's whim to wear a watch on her ankle to be like her and her ankle monitor)... how could she... a mother herself... send money to her? Especially when she thinks she is guilty?

At first I really liked Leonard Padilla. I believe his intentions were pure and he really did want to find Caylee. What bothered me at the time and still bothers me today is that he is a very jealous man and was angry at the attention Tim Miller was getting and decided to try and discredit him. Also it makes me livid that he is attacking Roy Kronk. It's like because they stole what he felt was his (finding Caylee) that he is going to punish them with his outlandish stories of daisy chains. I find him to be a very vile man who needs to stop and remember why he got involved in the first place... for Caylee. It doesn't matter who eventually found her... the fact that she was found is enough. That he had my respect just for attempting to find her and he would have continued to have my respect if he would have not started attacking anyone else who wanted to find Caylee.

I was there for some of that so I know all too well what was happening. Tracy's actions were designed to gain KC's confidence so they could get more information on Caylee. It didn't work. She was the vehicle by which KC received money at the jail, nothing more to Tracy but to KC, she was supposed to be her "friend". Leonard was way off base in his focus of Caylee but I don't take any stock in his words because of that anymore. Rob I think saw the most of KC and what she really is like. I agree, I would welcome his testimony if that were possible. Having said all of that, what I need to do is to keep my focus on justice for Caylee, no matter how many mistakes were made by countless individuals associated with her case. IMO, (KC) she's up the creek without a paddle but lives in her own world so cannot grasp that yet....but it's coming.

Observation! While watching this am's live feed I kept looking at JB's hairline and I kept thinking it looked so familiar. Then it hit me (JMHO). It reminds me of the hairline from a devils costume. All you need to do is add the little horns towards the top. Once again JMHO!

Judge asked if any updates to depos from yesterday. JA saying that they did not finish, and rescheduled for next week.

This is what the DT is going to try and argue to the jury as to why the chloroform was so high and detected in the car.

Triclosan which is used in many products if mixed with other certain chemicals like Chlorine will produce chloroform. Since JB bought out when Cindy was on the stand if she knew what the ingredients were of Fabreeze she stated she did not. My guess is there is an ingredient that when mixed with Triclosan will produce chloroform. This is why they had to have Cindy back on the stand to state she put tons of them all over the car and used the entire bottle of Fabreeze.

Do I buy it? No! How many times have you cleaned your car with Fabreeze? I know I have. I had spilled Gasoline in the back of my Ford Bronco once (on the tailgate) I hosed it down, washed it over and over with laundry soap, mixed bleach in the water too, aired dryed it, and it still stunk. I think sprayed not one bottle but 2 bottles of Fabreeze on the tailgate carpet area. Still stunk, so I put an entire box of dryer sheets in the back...and still stunk. Did I die? NOPE, did I get sick, sleepy, other symptoms? NO therefore the chloroform must not have been high enough. Let me tell you also, that I was inside the truck with all windows closed, because it was raining. Dryer sheets in place and a hint of gas and fabreeze. Jury won't buy it!

JB: no objection
JA: no objection

something about the heart shaped sticker.

HH: depos yesterday
JA: spent three to four hours with each expert. need more time next week to continue. if defense wants days to look at motion and give a response. it is our intention based on what we know so far asking the court to prohibit mention of this evidence until trial we will file monday or tuesday. can argue on friday.
